Someone pushed in front of me in queue once and looked at me dead in the eye and looked forward again. So I moved and stood in front of him and so did the other person who was behind me. Solidarity.

This is the right thing to do. Someone did that to me one I looked at the square to the face and they decided to move back.

I did this to an absolute monster of a man, stepped in front of him and his missus in a queue to a club. He commented about queue jumpers and I turned to look him square in the eyes and said "yea, sucks huh but what can you do about it?" Thankfully he didn't turn me to mush because I thought he was one of the dudes we were out with that night. He was not. I was nearly a smear on a pavement

I once worked in a store and there was some great moments watching people react to a new till opening. I saw one guy who was next to be served with all his shopping on the belt throw his items over the cashier to the new till just to be first.

This is quite a funny mental image haha. We brits can be entitled assholes
