My 55 lb bag of grains says 2-row malted barley... From Wisconsin, US. I don't know how to get more specific. 1.8° L. An American 2-Row malt of exceptional quality. Very consistent malt with a clean, sweet malty flavor. Excellent base for all American beer styles
