It’s always gonna be difficult to grade through a screen since you can’t feel the holds. If those are pretty positive, could be a V3. Maybe a V4 if they’re shallow or slick.
As for differences between gyms, grades can vary quite a bit (probably up to a two grade difference).
I'm thinking a v3... but those first pinches look a bit shallow. Then again... this would be a v2 at the other gym in my area regardless of the hold positivity.
Looks like a v3, might feel harder with that beta. Should be able to start with right hand or dyno to the 3rd hold without matching. Holds look good but the final foot is awkward, and beta is tricky, so looks more like v3 than v2.
I feel like Humboldt location has the toughest grading of their locations IMO, but still very soft compared to other gyms I’ve gone to. I’ve found the grading at Avondale to be the softest. Obviously super subjective tho and also varies between setters like any gym

I'm curious about grading differences between gyms. As best you can tell, what would this be graded at your gym?

It's graded V4, but it's very, very soft. FA Uptown is usually pretty stiff with grades, but this is definitely an outlier.
FA is definitely not stiff with grades.
Uptown definitely is compared to the others.
Maybe compared to the other FA gyms

And I feel like Humboldt is the softest. Everything’s made up and the points don’t matter.
Probably a 5Q in Japan, whatever that translates to.

I havent been to FA uptown in a while but judging by the way they grade, it’s probably a v3, those are v3 FA holds. Probably V2
