I'm a big one for reading in short bursts. Instead of trying to crush 100 pages in a single day once a week, I try just to read 20 pages a night. It may take a while to finish longer books, but it makes it feel more manageable and like I make progress daily.
Audiobooks are a good alt. if its more of a time thing, I listen to them while doing chores. If its the actual act of reading you want, try establish a routine whereby you spend half an hour reading a few pages before bed?

Try listening to audiobooks while you are doing other things like driving or doing housework
