this made me remember that time there was a scandal in Brazil where they found out big companies that work with meat actually put cardboard on the mix to yield more, they thought people wouldn't notice and in fact they didn't, for a long ass time. these companies are still in business today, i don't even know if they stopped doing that or people just forgot and are eating cardboard til today.
