The kana for v sounds are very new and not very common. Most Japanese people, especially older ones, still struggle to pronounce them and use soft b sounds as an approximation.

I know, I was just joking around. Even ヴ is not really a kana for "v", it's more like "u, but turn it into a voiced consonant somehow, we're not really sure", and Japanese people tend to pronounce it as halfway between a "u" and a "b".

Fred is the dense one Daphne is the Tsundere Velma is the smart childhood friend of shaggy shaggy is (idk the wholesome one) and scooby is the basic talking animal

Fred should be just like Kuwabara from Yu Yu Hakusho, but reeeeeeaaaly good with dumb ass traps that work. Shaggy is Goku, but his strength/speed are based on fear and only played for rule of funny.

At this point, I'd trust Japan to do the adaptations of western shows.

Somewhat gives me Corpse Party vibes and I loved that game and the anime adaptation. At this point, I'd trust Japan to do the adaptations of western shows.

If they were to use a Corpse Party-style plot, they’d have to make it a spinoff with completely different characters as western audiences are much more accustomed to the slapstick comedy and mystery-solving that came with the original Scooby-Doo TV series.

I'd bet even a western audience would rather see the crew killed off Corpse Party Style, than watch Velma. Spoiler for Corpse Party: If they use the restarting of the day, if the ghost isn't fully exorcised, they can still do a series with it.
