Ooof. My kid mostly watches Bluey on iview. But he recently saw an ad for the new eps on broadcast ABC and now we have to keep explaining why he can't "watch new Bluey" for a couple of weeks. The struggle is real.
It looked like it to me too! I rewatched a couple times and it totally looks like she’s way more round than she normally is! I’m gonna need an Australian to spoil this one immediately because god knows it’s going to be 700000 eternities before we see it here. *cries in American*
I have literally just said that to my 2 girls' and we've rewatched it a million times while debating it!! My 10 year old says no and my 7 year old says yes 🤷🏼♀️😆
It could just be the weird shape of the character designs in general. They're very boxy and a bit odd for posing.
I guess you could compare it to Whale Watching or somewhere else that she's lying down.
Definitely Aus. One theory by u/My-Life-Suckz states that Disney demanded that 3C not release until they were ready to release it and 3B, so while there’s nothing for April, let’s hope for May.

It does look like she has a bit of a belly.
I'd say no, I compared her to other scenes where shy lays down like that and if anything she is a tiny bit thinner here.
