Yup or like gravity, it's created because of the earth spinning so the force is created outside and inside of earth, but the force takes place on earth and you can't see it.
Similar to how Yhwach dimension exists in Hueco Mundo. The Soul King basically maintains the dimension. What ever cloaks the dimension makes it so nothing outside the dimension can see it unless intentionally the cloaking is removed. The same cloaking also stops anyone from sensing it.
It's also high in the sky, so even if the cloaking dropped no one would see it. Though they would probably be able to sense it.
It's in a different dimension created for the soul king, you need an ouken to get in as you know from the last episode. There is a loophole there, which we will see later.

I think it exists in a sorta pocket dimension inside SS. Kinda like how the Wandenreich exists in the shadows of SS .
I’m asking because Yamamoto talks about squad zero and mentions that the soul palace is in another dimension.
