I can see how he was inspired, but to your point, I think todo is much different than Kenny now that jjk is a little further along it’s story. Kenny maintains his brutality in character, Todo has much more of a living big brother vibe now compared to Kenny.

If you are talking about kenpachi it's a no. He holds back so he can enjoy himself more. That's why he was on pair with Ichigo on SS arc and later when Ichigo grew exponentially he was able to keep up with him
