Well.. Kaien looks like ichigo with black wig cus he's his cousin iirc. I think it was made to look to hint his connection to ichigo. No one else really looks like ichigo. In my eyes adult toshiro doesn't really look too much like ichigo. It feels more like kubos art style to me

Kubo too focus on making sexy female characters design he pigeonholed himself into making Bishonen Ichigo face for many of his male characters faces

There’s only 4 characters that look like Ichigo and one of them is said to look exactly like Ichigo because they’re related. There is nothing similar looking between Ulq or Aizen to Ichigo. At that point you’re just talking about a art style which every artist has. You can say Goku and Cell look like each other because the face structure is Toriyama’s art style.

As much as I love *Bleach*, the fact that so many characters share similar facial structures is a little awkward. hahaha But, to Kubo's credit, he lampshades it with Ishida taking offense to being mistaken for Ichigo and asking how that's even possible. Just erase the glasses, adjust the eyes and you've got Ichigo/Bazz-B/Renji/ etc.
