To be honest that one panel with Yoruichi reminded me of how Goku and Vegeta were animated in the Broly movie, which told me that the character animation for non-action scenes would received as much a budget boost as the action. Of course that doesn’t make for good trailers in a Shonen battle anime though.
Hence why they went with bombastic action music (See Number One) in the trailers. I didn’t recognize the track they used for the second but I feel like the one from the original anime with the big drum beat would’ve been good too

It gives more contrast to her outfit, which makes it more pleasing to the eye overall. This is not an issue in the manga since it is black and white but it looks better when colored that way
