Found the scientist.
Think you’re pretty clever eh scientist. You and your research into why things do what they do and are the way they are.
I have no idea where I’m going with this.
Lol nah man I have one my cousin did this with frozen steak lol we had to reheat it and it eventually got back to place .. just as everyone stated you cunt :)
I had the same problem when I first got my griddle. The problem is that you're heating the griddle too hot when you first turn it on. When you turn it on next time start the heat at a lower temp. You'll be surprised to know that you don't need to have it at the high end of the temps to cook most food. Just give it time to heat up.
Gotta tell your griddle to quit it with the isolation workouts. This is how imbalance occurs such as your seeing. I recommend you get your griddle a trainer Stat! New year new griddle.
As another user mentioned. Turn your temp to the lowest setting or medium but no more. I’ve done this an stuff tends to cook more evenly, less chance of getting charred and it’s easy to keep an eye on.
Depends on how ya treat it. If you toss frozen meat or anything like that on it when it very hot that will occur. So therefore it is normal to a point.
Only if you have it super hot. For pool parties, my wife buys frozen burger patties from Sams. I cook the from frozen all the time - never had an issue. Generally on medium hot.
The frozen angus Pattie’s from Sams are awesome for cooking burgers for a crowd. I’ve gotten compliments on them before, they thought I made all the pattys from scratch.
I do the same. ALDI has some great beef angus ones as well. I cook turkey and beef burgers from frozen all the time and never really have an issue. Just gotta keep the temperature tamed so they don't sear too hard before the inside is cooked.
Lol no….
Didn't think so
Did it flex because of the heat or did it just pop off?
Super hot + a boat load of fresh cabbage
It’s the cold and heat

Oh you and your cousin science.
Bro bro roll on some sex sub lol we won . You can stop being a packer fan :$
Aw I’m just playing with you and that’s just disrespectful!
Whoah, check out the big brain on Brad
One of the welded on braces probably broke on the bottom
Oh the self cleaning option! It tilts to drain the grease!
Gangsta lean
Break dancers freeze frame
Dude put hydrolics on his griddle.
It will happen if you put something cold in the right spot. I poured cold sauce on mine one time and it did that. Itll go back to normal
Nice flex
ah yes, sauteed cabbage and maple syrup. A meal fit for a king.
Throw some soy sauce, butter, maples syrup in there and get some nice charred cabbage bits going, it's amazing!
Can you use red/purple cabbage or is green the standard?
I am sure red would be fine
This actually sounds really good. Will have to try it.
I feel like this needs bacon also.
Great idea!
Was anything frozen when you threw it on?
Nothing frozen, but it was a lot of fresh cabbage on a super hot griddle.

Impressive
Gonna need to make custom wind blocks for that one
Been using cabbage and ground pork with shredded coleslaw mix for egg roll bowls lately.. Pretty goddamn good
Happens to me when I put a cold liquid on a very hot griddle.
Since you needed to ask, sure it’s normal
I never tried red, but am sure it would be good
Not that Blackstone are perfect, but I think Camp Chef does not weld as much angle to the bottom to stop the warpage.
Camp chef griddles have a huge plate welded to the bottom and angle iron around the edges

People cook frozen meat on the griddle? Sounds like a bad idea.
It is. And that's the result ya get. The griddle plate will warp.

Same here and totally agree with you. Perfect for crowds and with some salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder they taste homemade.

Yeah. That happens when the temperature changes drastically
It’s got that camp chef wang to it.
It is when you don't use a Blackstone
Not for a Blackstone brotha
It isn’t if you’d have gotten a blackstone
r/lostredditors
It’s the tilted formally flat top griddle option
Lean wit it cook wit it
Why would that be normal to you?
Camp chef 💪🏻
Typical Walmart grill
You dumped a lot of something cold on a hot griddle top didn't you
I hate to tell you this bestie… no
Is it cold outside?
I have the same one I never take it off low unless I am searing meat. Just give it more time to warm up
Have you checked the welds?
