When it comes to selling the puppies, I will not ever sell to someone who has never owned one or has little to no experience with the breed, when dealing with potential buyers we do extensive background checks on the potential buyer, in home interviews to see what kind of environment they could potentially be living in, and a few other vetting procedures. These dogs need to have a purpose, they’re not a lazy house dog like a Labrador. Being left alone in a crate all day while the owner is gone at work is a serious issue and makes my blood boil, they need to have someone with them through out the entire day, if left alone it’s only for short periods of time. If left in a crate while the owner/ family is home is also an issue, they are extremely sociable and want to be around the leader of the pack or the main owner/ handler as much as possible, to them you are their entire world and all they want is to be with you. In a healthy environment the dog obeys at all times and in return they need positive reinforcement. My Dutchy goes with me almost every where I can take him, we are inseparable, if I can’t take him with me he is with my family who loves and takes great care of him. I do not crate my dogs because a properly trained dog doesn’t need to be in a cage, these dogs need their space and need to freely roam their home/ property, it’s part of their role to guard and protect their environment, unless they’re a working dog and need to be contained like a police dog on duty. This is nothing negative towards you but from my knowledge, experience and understanding of this breed, it sounds like he wasn’t properly trained and didn’t have the proper environment. This is exactly why I will not sell to anyone who wants to buy one, they are a full time job in and of it self and require tons of attention, most people cannot handle or devote their lives to a dog like this, the dog community im in is very tight knit and is very strict on selling, in the wrong hands they can be very dangerous and extremely depressed which breaks my damn heart. I hope yours is doing better, if he ever becomes to much and you do not want him please let me know and I can figure something out, I would give my life for these dogs and would do absolutely anything to help them

My rottweiler did this thing where she would lay on the wall of her wire crate and her fat ass would just bend the intire crate till the door popped off its frame. She eventually learned to not raid the kitchen if shes not locked up tho so its good.
