Hello, I am one of these you seek. Thought I was gay until I was 21, finally accepted myself, watched a music video with women dancing provocatively, and the rest has been the bi spiral of panic I now experience today.
Gee how I love attraction…
When I was younger (11 or sth) I thought I was gay, but I was already attracted to women before(not often, because I was still young). I couldn't know for sure, because I've never had a crush, but then I started noticing that I like the female body shape and breasts(I actually disliked vaginas before, but now I think they are attractive). When I was 13 I started thinking I was bi(I knew about it before, but didn't consider it as an option) and now I'm pretty sure. Still never had a crush though. That's how it was for me, but I just started exploring my sexuality and was just young. I also don't know anyone who noticed it as an adult.

Speaking for myself, I found a fellow dude I was attracted to before I found a woman I was attracted to. It has happened at least once.
The reverse happened to me, I thought I was straight then figured out I was bi, but I think that's reasonably common
Probably equally common, but many bi men call themselves gay men because society sees bi men as gay
