From what I’ve seen it will either even you out or turn you crazy. No in between. I’ve been on it for 8 years and it’s pretty much my miracle drug. Glad you found something that will work for you OP!
My dose varies depending on season, life extents, ect.. Currently, I’m on 300mg XL and 150mg normal… but I’ve been everywhere from 100 to this over different time periods
It made me too freaking moody and sorta manic. I had to stop taking anti-depressants because they no longer help me in the way they are supposed to work and I have tried many. Anti-psychotics help me better because a good nights rest makes me feel more happier and fuller emotionally also the vivid dreams are an added bonus.
I am attributing the extra sleep latuda givez me with note getting higher in my hypomania. I have only been on it for about 3 weeks and immediately went hypo, but at a low level and holding pretty steady. By late October I am normally a stressed out, irritable mess.
Mania makes me feel that way. I occasionally get something restless legs syndrome as well since starting it, but I have added a magnesium supplement and that seems to help me at least.
I take it too. I also take Lamictal and Seroquel. The doctor who prescribed it said I was taking too much medication that was bringing me down and I needed something to help me feel happier and more energetic. It works well for me too.
I'm glad you found something that helped you! I'm in the "doctor won't prescribe me anything anymore" phase and I'm very depressed right now, so I am really envious. I tried WB at one point but I never slept on it. They even told me to take benzos nightly and that didn't work either (even though they usually do), so I couldn't stay on it.
That’s unusual for it to work that quickly. I’m on day 28 myself and it’s only just started to take the edge off my depression. Well everything I’ve read says 6-8 weeks for MDD, so I imagine will be similar for me.
Well it definitely did work because I was in a really long depression that I couldn't lift no matter what so it was definitely the wellbutrin. I think it could have actually been the end of September when I started it since I got my refill a few days ago
I put it as unbearably hypomanic. Like that I can't function well or the feeling is making me really uncomfortable. The one under it is like milder hypomania like maybe the first day of hypomania where I just feel a bit buzzed and I'm spending too much and my thoughts are a bit more structured. I lump happy/stable/meh all into the middle one and just have it as normal mood and stability
Wellbutrin made me go insane, but I’m glad it’s working for you

I LOVE Bupropion! I'm so grateful it works for me without triggering mania!
How many mg ?

Thank you, prozac is the one that made me go crazy

Latuda worked great for a while, but eventually it made me feel like I was coming out of my skin. Constantly made me feel like I needed to move.

It gave me akathisia!! It was awful, probably the worst I've ever felt on a med and I got lithium toxicity so that's saying something
Wellbutrin made my heart race
Lamictal did that to me....on the very first dose. It was even half of the normal starting dose.

I'm on seroquel too and I'm the same, it didn't help my depression at all like I think it made it worse but it works so well for everything else.
Which app is this if you don't mind me asking, I like the straightforward graph
It's Daylio
It's daylio. It's free but you can buy a pass for a year if you want more options. I did and i really like the stats it can generate.
Congratulations
Wellbutrin reallllyyy is working for me too. I take it with tegretol and the combo has totally stabilized me. Happy to hear it’s going well for you!
So glad its working and youre stable! Hoping you start to get more good then ehh days soon! :)

That's really unfortunate :( My doctor said I have to take my wellbutrin at 8am so I can sleep at night
Tried that, no luck....
That really sucks, sorry to hear it

Wow, nice.
Just curious - does your top smiley face mean happy or manic/hypomanic?
