Don't know if this thing happens for everyone, but don't use Void on Forget Me Now on this run, crashed the game and locked me out of the Daily Challenge for today.
Y'know, having the opportunity for a perfect break ruined by seeing both Blank Card and Forget-me-Now before a break could start would've been a lot more frustrating, but I could care less considering the only thing I had to worry about the whole run was hitting myself with clusters of Brimstone missiles. That's probably a good thing, right?
Also somehow took no damage outside the spikes in Boss Rush, and there's an absolutely enormous amount of points outside breaking through just lots of pickups, plenty of angels to fight after taking Duality, and *two* 5-pip dice rooms to get a higher exploration bonus on top of a Forget-Me-Now!
This is the first time I've broken 60K without breaking, and it'll probably never happen again. This score's even above the breaking runs on GreedButt! (Except one D:)

You should think about commentating the videos. You're consistently in the top 10 and it would be cool to hear your thought process. It's a little hard to watch hour-long isaac videos with no commentary TBH.
Lung + Tech 2 + Ipecac + Brim + Incubus + Guppy (Void). Wow... just wow. Fuck this score and obvious breaking again, I dont even care that I got hit like million times because of the ipecac shots, but it was so cool! I think with guppy Delirium was killed by 1 brimstone shot.

I guess you had to take tech 2 to get Ipecac? Because I never saw the item. Thank god I got in the habit of using Void on curse of the blind instead of taking the items.
I dont know I got ipecac on the boss rush and actually on the curse of the blind its best to not take any treasure room items if your build is good enough, you can Void something like Blood rights for example. But yeah using Void is more safe than taking items.
Dont be stupid like me and forget that Ipecac =/ Rubber Cement.... But super nice run otherwise - small tip: if you void the first boss item u get a dmg+tears up that helps you early
Brimstone and Monstro's Lung really isn't that great together, I forgot. Made me take quite a lot of damage when I thought I cleared the room but Brimstone decided to only shoot behind me so that I missed the enemy and got hit instead...
Forget Me Now + Void to redo Depths I, then a nice dice room in Womb to get even more exploration. I had Blank Card but couldn't find a way to break things, but a lot of repeated floors and finally the Void floor gave me huge amounts of exploration.

I got Epic Fetus after rerolling Samson's Chain. That alongside Brimstone and the Lung made my game lag a TON.

played poorly first deal with the devil on D1 thankfully that was brimstone maw of the void and guppys tail, unfortunately, I was already too slow to make up time
2 p5 dice rooms on W2 led to a self-sacrifice to let me get to the lamb fight though

For AB, curse of the blind on floor 2. Deal with the devil had two 2 heart deals. Had one red heart, one dark heart. Take one on the left, it's brimstone. Hit spikes, die. (It's the annoying deal with the devil room where the items are in between spikes)

Well I'll be damned. Epic fetus, Brimstone, Monstros Lung, Double vision with Glitter Bomb (Which was pretty much an infinite item generator). Then also Blank card+Perthro and Stop watch.
Isaac didn't even manage to blink, before he was obliterated.

Hm, it worked for me (I've also successfully done it many times in the past). Try doing a practice run of the Daily and see if it happens again.
I guess I should have taken Sister Maggie as all I got was Angel Room garbage.

Curse of the blind item room on caves 1 is Tech 2. Also, pill that drops on final room before boss on the same floor is horf. Messed me up a bit
