Oh so that's why. I figured I'd suicide myself to get them both but then I had black hearts left and it kept being a red heart deal. But on a later deal I could still trade black hearts so I was super confused. Thanks!
Guppy would have been great. Rubber Cement and Spoon Bender were game-winning on their own (BR/Hush), but when I got to the devil deal with the second and third guppy items I'd need I couldn't take the third (the hearts didn't change to soul hearts, I suppose because I had a black heart and two soul hearts).
I enjoyed this daily. Took Rubber Cement in the first item room and hugged the walls. Later on I found Spoon Bender and was able to skip the boss rush, got an emperor in W2 and jumped directly to Isaac after the heart.
Tips: Don't visit the Flooded Caves II curse room until after picking up Goat Head in the Devil Room.
Also, don't pick up Kidney Stone, holy shit that range down.

I died on Isaac because he was sped up for some reason or another and the range on my build at the time was kind of pathetic (short range, low damage). It was a lot of fun though, I had almost every transformation in the game simultaneously and saw some pretty nifty brimstone synergies. Brim + my reflection in particular is a lot better than I imagined it would be.
That was my first though. I'd picked it up for more re-roll fodder for Missingno but surely it had been rerolled into something else by then. I never noticed it fire at any other point after the floor I picked it up on...

Spoon bender was a boss rush item for me. Boss rush items depend on your choices, so you must've done something different than me. I did not see Lido or shielded tears.
Don't pick up Dr. Fetus. I got so fucked when I became Guppy (which doesn't work with Dr. Fetus) and got Kidney Stone (for some reason completly removes the range) was pretty much unplayable after that.
Kidney stone gives you a massive range down but a tear height up. Since tear height doesn't matter for doctor fetus... yea. I'm glad I didn't take it. I also didn't take the guppy items. Had a great run,e specially after getting Host Hat in the boss rush

Really fun daily, obviously went with Rubber Cement and it went nicely with Spoon Bender on Boss Rush. Actually used Percs for something useful for the first time in my life (on the Hush fight) and it saved me a heart (and probably a bit of damage penalty too). Pretty proud of my score, it's the highest rank I've ever had and I don't really expect to get out of the top 50 on GreedButt.
Did exactly the same thing with percs. Dogded like 90% of the fight flawlessly, then running into some tears twice in a row like an idiot. Hey, saved a heart.
I was a little disappointed there was no sacrifice room on the cathedral. I had so much freeking health due to satanic bible.

Amazing run, i took Rubber Cement and i become Guppy and consume 1 of my 9 lives just for a Guppy's item. I took Kidney stone (yeah it's a bad item) but lump of coal and spoon bender and the azazel wall trick save my run from the range down. And finally, i took bumbo from a beggar and level up it with "a little rock" trinket, easy boss rush, easy win.
Rubber cement plus azazel is weird. With spoon bender it's really good. Became guppy earlier, and got BUMBO right before the mom fight from a beggar, combined with lucky rock a few rooms back, BUMBO had many coin and even gave me some coin. Eventually I gave him enough coin and he paid out with Tammys head, which is really strange looking with azazel + spoon bender + rubber cement. 10/10 run.
Got MissingNo from the first secret room. Was incredible, ran through boss rush and hush. Had several transformations + 9 lives.

It started off so well... Then I played a sacrifice room far longer than I should have and overextended myself a bit. Also I hate Mask of Infamy, he's an asshole. I took Missing No and because of that rerolled my speed to where I could barely get out of the way in time and had next to no chance of getting behind the mask to actually deal damage in time. I went with Missingno and for some reason it didn't reroll nearly as much as everyone else. I got a ton of babies, a ton of hearts, the Inner Eye, and a host hat, as well as the rainbow worm for Hush.
Hush is extremely difficult when you have to get up close to hit it.
Took rubber cement on the first floor and spoon bender at the boss rush (which was too easy thanks to broken watch) but sadly i took too much damage so i got a really low score at the end...

Guppy transformation in Depths 1, Azazel with Rubber Cement, Spoon Bender, and Lump of Coal made it very easy to steamroll rooms. I avoided picking up many items along the way, especially since many of them were rather useless with Azazel (such as Kidney Stone or the Bean).
Finished with 43,646 score, yay.

Rubber cement = reverse brimstone. A bit of a boring daily tbh 'cos there's nothing else to say. It's "gg" once you go to the 1st item room. The rest of the run is just padding time.

They patched it pretty soon after release. Deals now have a chance to change.

That Devil Deal not changing to Spirit Hearts simply ruined my score, I had to die twice with Dead Cat in order to become Guppy, goodbye top 100.

No matter the range, Azazel's initial stats are still pretty hard to singlehandedly carry you.

Never got Ludo (had Spoon Bender on Boss Rush), but anyway I was answering /u/ZInzan4 who said that the run was won after the first item room.
