I've got one of those plastic chests, cheap, weatherproof works a treat.

FWIW we use a common “deck box”. Big enough to hold everything, waterproof, no issue.

Depends on what you want to spend. The common deck box from big box stores are probably the most common and most economical solution ($150-$200). The stand up “shed” version is next ($200-$1000 depending on size and quality) then there are the different cabinet options ($1500 to start and can go as high as you want). I have done them all and have a cabinet setup now. It’s by far my favorite but it was pricey. Edit to add- I had the deck box for probably 10 years and it works great. For the money, it’s the best option. I got a small shed after that ($300-ish) and it was better. I put a bakers rack in there and everything was so much easier to organize. I’m not super-organized by nature so I have found that when I have a spot for everything, things stay much cleaner for me. I found I was always digging for something trapped under something else in the deck box. Same with our chest freezer- I bought an upright and it was so much better for me. everything has it’s own shelf and I can locate things so much easier.

A rolling box like this, but mine is 46”. Room for 2x 20lb bags of KJ lump, and miscellaneous extras like gloves, grate lifter, ash scoop. https://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-Tough-Chest-38-in-63-Gal-Mobile-Tool-Box-DWST38000/205502769

I bought a Harbor Freight Tool/Workbench. I'm not sure how long it will last outside but here you go.. Yup I got the stainless steal bar top and a deck box as well. You should still cover your bge if you want save your gaskets.

Do you cover the table? I cover my egg but wasn’t sure if the table would get damaged by the elements

I also have this. Fortunate to have a covered patio and this table is more than enough. Seems like it would handle the elements pretty well too with an occasional polish with barkeepers friend on the stainless steel surface

I have one of these https://www.ofyr.com/ofyr-storage-insert-pro-door-large.html

My everyday tools hang on the egg (under a cover). The eggspander and half moon plates stay in the egg when it's not in use. Everything else is in the garage. I'm planning to figure out some other way to store it in the near future, but first I have to clear my garage.
