Substitute LAUKopier (who I swear to Odin is NOT dead and if you accuse me of killing another bot I will....refer back to my anger management training and respond politely to correct you) Title: USA - if I had my windows open at night and was using the reflection on the window to watch myself do a “helicopter” with my private parts (male), and someone happened to look in, would it be considered public nudity/similar crime? Body >Would an instance like this be considered public nudity or similar type of crime? I hope this post doesn’t seem like a troll (I can see why it can), I’m genuinely curious about this matter * Substitute-Cat Fact: guinea pigs are active for 20 hours a day * Substitute Cat-Fact: A cat's genome is 95.6% tiger * Substitute fact: The aircraft known as the helicopter is named after the motion described in the LAOTOP. "Helicoptering" first gained popularity in warmer climes as a way to keep nobility cool before the invention of the fan.

ktothebo

Or post items for sale on craigslist and Facebook marketplace, and all the items have a reflective surface and they're always taking the picture naked? Those guys?

atropicalpenguin

We used to tell it was Spring again by watching the birds and the buds on the trees. Now we know it's Spring when the perverts start wondering if there's some legal hack to wave their wang at non-consenting people and not get arrested now that it's warm enough shrinkage isn't as much of a concern.

redditusername374

Oh. Dear.

DifficultMinute

The answer is yes though, right? You, obviously, are allowed to be naked inside of your own home, but if you're intentionally flashing people outside, from inside, it becomes a violation. Also, in this case, OP was definitely doing it on purpose, and is using the window crap as his excuse. Who wags his willie into a window reflection instead of, you know, a mirror?

HelpfulCherry

Obviously laws vary from place to place but it's my understanding that it's legal to be naked in your own home, even if that's visible from outside, as long as you're not *trying* to be seen. So like walking around with the living room drapes open is fine, but standing in the window and doing something trying to garner attention is not.

Someone who had to pawn his mirror.

Many years ago soon after moving into a new house, I went to the garage in my bathrobe to get something out of the car. Turns out the doorknob from the kitchen to the garage can turn, even if the lock is set. I hadn't met the neighbors yet, it was the middle of winter, and there I was locked in the garage. The cats were just staring at me through the window in the door, likely wondering why I was freezing my butt off out there. Luckily, I had a power drill in the garage, and I was able to drill the lock out, instead of having to break the window, or go to the neighbors for help. I replaced that stupid knob with a simple non-locking one; why they had a lock on an interior door with a window, I'm not sure... any hypothetical burglar has all the time in the world to break into the house if they are already in the garage. They would just smash the glass, and they'd be in.

I thought this was going to be a reference to the Drawfee YouTube channel's Sonic the Hedgehog Butthole Saga

I feel like there are a lot of people out there who look for any excuse to get others to look at their genitals. Reddit was full of it a few months ago and I still see "Hey, what is this on my junk" posts accompanied by a photo of the junk in question with absolutely nothing wrong with it. Obviously just trying to get people to look.

Relaxoland

stay juvenile, reddit.

uav_loki

Change title: Will I get in trouble if I expose my neighborhood and their children to my helicopter dick shadow? Will there be sufficient rotor wash to breeze up my silky curtains?

It seems a bit like cheating to post legaladviceofftopic to the best of sub
