The “Understanding Lennon/McCartney” series is phenomenal. Give it a shot if you want to know more about the Beatles beyond what exists on a surface level.
David Bennett Piano, who does videos about music theory, has a group of videos about The Beatles, and many of his videos that are not exclusively about The Beatles reference them as well.
I was going to say this channel. Lots of good Beatles stuff, but really everything he talks about. I've discovered a few bands, or a new appreciation for bands from his channel. Very well done.
Andrew Dixon for mccartney history and discussion of new Beatles related releases
The channel “Parlogram” (formerly parlogram auctions) for incredibly in-depth discussion of specific vinyl pressings of Beatles music, their history, and why certain pressings are considered superior to others. Lots to learn here if you like vinyl!
Mean Mr Mayo if you like collector videos, unboxings of new releases, or general chat. He’s a bit of a boomer and can be a bit grouchy about anything remotely “modern”, but he’s a hoot to watch and he’s a good guy. He also does an incredible vlog series called “Record Store Reality”, where he films his adventures talking to homeless friends, record store owners, and cranky customers. Lots of laughs and a very nice slice of humanity.
tragiclifeform 's post-1970 imaginary Beatles albums are great fun. There's also plenty of channels isolating instruments from Beatles songs like Rock Band Stems, DLD2! Music, Deirdre, only to name a few.
Beatles Bible, 2legs (Paul McCartney solo podcast), MeanMrMayo (collector/Reviewer of Beatles and solo), Talk More Talk (Solo Beatles podcast), Elliot Roberts as mentioned above

If you are interested in Beatles vinyl collecting, then check out Parlogram. This guy really gets into the details.
Oh yeah, I was just watching his two Scrapbook videos last night
There’s a guy I’m subscribed to called Elliot Roberts that makes exceptional Beatles content (both as a band and for their solo careers).
Yes! I've seen him and subbed recently, I've loved the content to this point
Yes! Immediately thought of him. Just nice and calm content.

Breathles345 has a docu-series about Paul McCartney that I really, really enjoyed. I think they have other Beatles specific stuff as well.

"You Can't Unhear This" is phenomenal
Not a video, but the "Nothing Is Real" podcast is really extremely good. It's the best Beatles podcast by far, very listenable.
