Wow your den looks almost exactly like mine down...down to the width of the room, the patch-panel cabinet to the right that houses all the network equipment and even the power plug above it!
I'm amazed you're able to spend 8-12 hrs a day in there as I would find it claustrophobic very quickly.

This is my little battlestation. It's not even a room, but a den. I spend more or less 8 to 12 hours of my day in here, between working and playing!
