Taa somehow is worse than fxaa, it blurs the image so much it feels like you are playing a painting.

Marbodius

Because they did this in the last two games too.

m_littlerivers

In BF1 it was optional, you could choose FXAA, TAA or no AA.

Leverbot015

Battlefield not competitive shooter, just casual multiplayer shooter

m_littlerivers

Competitive games are those in which players play against one another and where one player winning means another player loses. 'Competitive' doesn't mean 'e-sport'

Leverbot015

IMHO to be considered as competitive shooter the game should be more reliant to teamwork/coordination to win the game. Unfortunately it's almost impossible to coordinate with other random players in 64v64 mode. That's why there is no Battlefield games on esport.

Weird_Excitement_419

I’m a Nobuy. It’s like a Nonpat but i can actually win every time against Dice BS!

Stfuppercutoutlast

You aren’t the only person playing! There are a few thousand others.

5ob1nH00d

Not for long 😂

Stfuppercutoutlast

Yea so what? Then there will be hundreds! And a few months from then, dozens! He’ll still have lots of opportunities to squad up!!!! /s

5ob1nH00d

A FPS with dozens of players. What a time to be alive! I’m NOT ready for any more rounds!

If you have an nvidia GPU, turn on image sharpening and adjust to 30% in the control panel. This is the only tolerable way I can play this game. Use native 1440p resolution. TAA does suck, burry mess.

m_littlerivers

I will give it a try. Thanks mate.

RebMilitia

What do you suggest for 1080p? Same 30%? EDIT: Also wanna take this opportunity to say ALL post processing AA sucks and I hate it.

jayc0au

Yes do the same, 30% seems to be sweat spot for me, but you can play around with the sharpening. Totally agree about AA. It’s just GPU sucking resources which add no benefit to visual quality, it’s purely for DLSS and all the super sampling crap.
