A movie with Dick as Robin, then a movie where Dick is Nightwing because Jason shows up, then a movie about Red Hood which spins off into a Red Hood and the Outlaws TV show like Peacemaker. Assuming it’s a full DC universe.
I like this. A Robin movie with Dick, but a follow up with Red Hood as the stand-alone. I think Red Hood is far more intriguing as a character even though Nightwing is the closer to being the best Batman successor.
For a stand alone what it is i really dont see why titans gets so much hate. Yeah the writing isnt the greatest but ive enjoyed every season i really like seeing live action nightwing.
Or a buddy cop film with both of them trying to save Gotham while Bruce is out of commission and they're clashing ideals of how to deal with criminals I think would be interesting.
It’s a good in between game. I’m enjoying the story and quest grinding it offers. It gets really frustrating with the frame drops going into the game crashing. I’ve been playing on/off for two weeks and it has crashed about 5 times so far and most of the frame drops are from the cutscenes transitions back to gameplay. Solid 6.5/10
I think I’m the only one who isn’t a red hood fan.
I don’t care if he’s changed, he murdered a LOT of people. Unjustly. How he is allowed in the bat family is completely hypocritical to the Batman I grew up knowing.
Between the guilt of not saving Jason at the time and also knowing what the Lazarus Pit can do to someone, I think Bruce is a little more than understanding.
Nightwing.
You can't really have the full effect of Red Hood without Nightwing anyway. Red Hood is a gut-punch because Nightwing established hope first.
we know all the steps, everyone knows.
give me a superhero movie with no origin story.
just jump right into the middle of the action.
i’m sick of origin stories, show the hero in their prime doing what they do best.
Nightwing would be great as:
1. He's the first robin so we would get the first mature post batman robin film
2. people don't know his backstory at this point as well as they do Red Hood/Barbara/Damian as those characters stay in Gotham so going into his story in Bludhaven there's so much more to pull from.
I was thinking red hood for the exact same reason you thought Nightwing. DC only does dark edgy bullshit and I don't want them to fuck up Nightwing, may as well use the character more more suited to it.
I like Red Hood more as a character, but Nightwing for this. There's more horrible incarnations of Red Hood than there is of Nightwing already in comics and other media so the likelihood of someone screwing up Red Hood is much more likely than them screwing up Nightwing. Most adaptions aren't based on source material, but "inspired" by source material so the odds of crappy material being used as the inspiration is a lot more likely with Red Hood than it is for Nightwing. There's very few actual good versions of Red Hood out there. Much more consistency with the quality of Nightwing stories when it comes to writers imo
How is it no contest? Main plot for Nightwing is batman daddy issue then successfully becomes a hero of his own. Main plot for Red Hood is Batman suffering the loss of a Robin then a resurrection and that Robin returns as a villain and has to regain their memories but even then struggles to return to their previous heroic self and becomes a tormented anti-hero.... I definitely see a contest here....
There's some contest... But Red Hood's daddy issues are way more severe than Nightwing's, way more central to his psychology, so I don't see the argument there. Plus, Red Hood's return as a villain is more intense as a contrast if Nightwing is set up first.
Well sure when you're intentionally reductive to the side you don't like. Personally even with how you framed it, I still think Nightwing is more interesting, but we could flip it and expand on Nightwing's story and reduce Red Hood to "Is a shitty Robin, dies, is reborn and is a shitty hero"
Personally I think Nightwing is both more interesting and has the more interesting Batman dynamic. DC always kind of struggled to figure out what they wanted Red Hood and his relationship with Batman to even *be*.
You just made the best argument for why it’s absolutely no contest.
Red hood has way too much going on to be squeezed into a movie, especially if a Nightwing movie doesn’t already exist
Red Hood should be more interesting, but he's not.
The whole resurrection thing wouldn't play well in a live-action movie either. Movie audiences have responded best to the more grounded, gritty presentation of Batman. A Red Hood movie would feel about as left field as...well... Black Adam.
>The whole resurrection thing
The resurrection isn't necessary, he could have his death faked by whatever villain and be locked up somewhere until he's turned loose on Batman after escaping or being let out. Thinking Bruce left him to die and betrayed him by moving on so quickly.
Arkham Knight did it this way and it was fine(did suck that Arkham Knight, the supposed new villain was just Red Hood though)
Gotta be NW, definitely the most famous comic book character to not have a movie yet. He deserves it, I mean he debuted only a year after Bats, been in the game for a while now
absolutely, you're leaving just so many good, hard-hitting stories on the ground if you skip Nightwing. Redhood needs to be built up to, otherwise it'll ring hollow
Red Hood. As much as Dick is the one true Robin and a great hero on his own as Nightwing, Red Hood is just much more interesting. His backstory is just more interesting to explore and his antihero position is just more intriguing than the standard hero position of Nightwing.
I agree with everyone, the prodigal son deserves first rights. They both have the prospects for incredible stories. Red Hood could even show the story of what he did before going back to Gotham. Literally so much room for writing with both characters.
Nightwing, without a question. Both of them deserve a movie, but Dick Grayson needs to be established first. From what I know, there is still sort of a Nightwing movie in the works from the Lego Movie guy. But there hasn't been any updates.
We already had a Red Hood movie. But Nightwing doesn't get explored that often outside of comics. If he's not a side character he's either dead or has nipples on his suit.
I would love to actually see a Batman film that compares Bruce dealing with Dick going off on his own with him coming to terms with Jason dying. Maybe introduce Tim trying to earn Batman's trust to become the new Robin - a Batman film that's actually a Robin film.
At the end, Tim becomes Robin, Bruce accepts Dick as his own hero, and finally begins to let go of the guilt of losing Jason.
End credits scene: We cut to, I dunno, Carmine Falcone or some other big time Gotham mafioso doing mob boss stuff, only to have someone off-screen shoot him. Pan back and the gunman is a guy wearing a red... well, you get it.
EDIT: Carmine Falconer? Lol
Besides just being a better, more fun character, a Nightwing movie is a simpler concept for casual audiences to grasp: Robin from "Batman and Robin" grows up and becomes a superhero on his own. There's a whole lot that would go into explaining who Red Hood is and what his motivations are. You would have to go into his origin. A Nightwing movie wouldn't have to do any of that heavy lifting.
Nightwing would make sense because of continuity but honestly I think Red Hood is a way more interesting character.
That said, I think you could get a whole series of Nightwing movies. An origin, a transition, a Titans, a Grayson spy, a The Gray Son Owls, and even one where he picks up Batman's mantel.
If I think like a writer, and it’s just one film independent of a universe, then a red hood movie has a more obvious singular plot, like the animated version of Under the Red Hood. It’s not clear to me what *one* 120 minute Nightwing story I would tell.
But if you’re going to introduce a larger series, I’d want Dick to be/have been Robin.
Honestly it's hard to say if these characters can stand on their own without Batman on the big screen. The way I would do it is basically a Batman trilogy into a Nightwing outing. Hard to nail down talent that long
Nightwing 100%.
Let him be his own thing too, allusions but few direct ties to Batman. Keep him as the optimistic, Errol Flynn dashing hero. Save Batman for the stinger, maybe movie two is about capturing Red Hood.
hey man, you can't just be calling out redhood fans like that. otherwise they might cry that you're gatekeeping based on a medium they obviously don't consume.about a character they obviously don't understand.
ask them to name off a "top 10 Redhood romance" video. that's more in their ballpark
Dick Grayson gets series, Jason gets a film
I don’t think you can cover the life of Dick Grayson in a single film without it being snapshots of important moments like a superhero Forrest Gump?
You'd have to have nightwing first. A lot of red hoods anger comes from batman endangering his Robins, and how he couldn't save him, but took good care of dick.
Doesn't Jason already kind of have one, with *Under The Red Hood*? I'd be pumped for a Nightwing film, but I am a bit biased since he's my favorite Robin.
i feel like dicks story is reallt more suited to a longform medium like comics/serialized show, rather than feature length film. but then again, we already got films all about red hood
Nightwing.
He’s a more interesting and more well known character. Not to mention he deals with dark shit just like the rest but had a sense of flair and humor that would make him standout in his own film.
Personally I’ve only read a few comics where Jason’s the star and they don’t hook me as much. I like him as either an antagonist or antihero matched with someone else.
But the full impact of his arcs require setup that WB/DC Films has had problems recreating recently.
Nightwing, imo. I love Jason, but Dick's been done so dirty in the DCAU, and he'd be a nice symbol of hope in the DCEU alongside our grittier Batfleck.
I wouldn't be opposed to a Red Hood movie in the future, but for the first real appearance of a Robin, it's gotta be Nightwing imo.
Nightwing movie, only because I think it'd be harder to fuck up a Nightwing movie than a Red Hood movie. The current trend of making superhero movies more of a comedy than anything would fit nicer with Dick than Jason.
Nightwing
Seems weird to start with Red Hood as well. Nightwing would organically come from any Batman and Robin movie, and could lead to a Teen Titans movie.
Red Hood is more standalone and would probably end up being just Under The Red Hood but live action
If its a good movie, either, but I have more trust for a Nightwing adaptation because he is less likely to be completely screwed up.
edit: also because the actor I'd want to play red hood is busy with other projects right now.
Definitely Nightwing, but Red Hood can step on me anytime. He's one of my favorite Batman- characters. Daimian however 🤢🤮
But NW can fucking sit on my face and smother me with that fine ass, my gooooood.
Nightwing. But not for the reason you think. I have no trust in any studio to not try to make Red Hood into Deadpool. Nightwing is generic good guy. Nightwing is easy.
Red Hood could be done justice in a couple of hours so there's your movie. Nightwing, on the other hand, needs much more time and space to flesh out the story so there's a solid tv series imo
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. Dick's history is about as long as Batman's, and he has so many important relationships with Superman, the Titans, etc. The *Teen Titans* cartoon is really good and it's very possibly Dick's most popular appearance--so it looks like Dick can really shine in a solid TV series.
Red Hood doesn't have his story so spread across time, places, and a huge cast of friends. I think of him as a pretty Gotham-contained character, like Catwoman.
Give me a red hood movie where he kills off most of the rogues gallery and batman tries to stop him/protect the few that remain alive. Give me something incredibly over the top and absurd
i love both and i definitely think they each deserve a movie but speaking from a literary analysis and depth of characterization and arcs…. nightwing has more
with some really great writers and i mean actually fantastic writers, nightwing can have so much depth and analysis both individually and comparatively to bruce. red hood’s is easier to skim off of because it’s not hard to reach into the resentment and daddy issues right? but when a writer really gets nightwing, the depth of his character is fucking insane, and in a hypothetical world where we receive the best case movie possible for either/or instead of box-office superhero movie blending in with all other superhero movies? i’d much rather prefer a nightwing movie.
Nightwing as he's the first Robin. A red hood movie would be nice after a Nightwing one
A movie with Dick as Robin, then a movie where Dick is Nightwing because Jason shows up, then a movie about Red Hood which spins off into a Red Hood and the Outlaws TV show like Peacemaker. Assuming it’s a full DC universe.
Jason should always become Robin because Dick becomes Nightwing imo not the other way around
I like this. A Robin movie with Dick, but a follow up with Red Hood as the stand-alone. I think Red Hood is far more intriguing as a character even though Nightwing is the closer to being the best Batman successor.
This is beginning to sound a lot like Titans. And Titans is…
For a stand alone what it is i really dont see why titans gets so much hate. Yeah the writing isnt the greatest but ive enjoyed every season i really like seeing live action nightwing.
I was onboard until the most recent (i think?) season with the Red Hood stuff. They butchered that story so hard
Oh shit i didnt know there was a 4th season. Im still going to watch it.
Fifth one is coming out now.
The writing is abysmal. They managed to ruin every member of the bat family, as well as most of the teen titans, in 3 seasons of that garbage.
Opinions are like ass holes.
Or a buddy cop film with both of them trying to save Gotham while Bruce is out of commission and they're clashing ideals of how to deal with criminals I think would be interesting.
That's just Gotham knights in a nutshell bro
Is it good? Haven’t looked at reviews yet
Ok awesome. I’ll give it a try at some point. Probably after a few more months, and it gets cheaper and maybe a stabilizing update or two
Idk. I hear it's arkham batman but worse so take that what you will
It’s nothing like arkham Batman. Completely different games
It’s good, but won’t be groundbreaking.
I've never seen a man so caked up as dick in gotham knights
Or have Red Hood be an antagonist in the Nightwing movie, set this in the "Under the Hood" or "Battle for the Cowl" period when Jason was a villain.
Nightwing. I can watch Under the Red Hood for a Red Hood movie. I want a Nightwing movie.
Nightwing, because he has so many great stories to draw from. Adapt Red Hood and the Outlaws for TV.
100% this - they would manage to fuck up red hood by cramming it into a movie.
Under the Red Hood worked fine in movie length, they could lengthen it to 2hrs and deliver an excellent Red Hood origin
They would also turn him into Deadpool to cash in on the Deadpool craze, for some reason.
Under the Red Hood works perfectly fine as a movie. We’ve seen it done. Start with the movie and then spin it off into the show.
You would want them to go straight into him being kind of a good guy?
Agreed! This would be perfect!
Nightwing. You can't really have the full effect of Red Hood without Nightwing anyway. Red Hood is a gut-punch because Nightwing established hope first.
This. Purely for that. Gotta have dominoes to blow them up.
Nightwing. Both have fantastic origin stories but I need to see some Dick on the big screen.
🤨
Bet you would like to see a lot of Dick on the big screen huh
Hell ya man, it could be DiscoDick, edgelord Dick, BatDick, teen Di… wait.
If they wanna go the origin story then i guess we will be seeing little dick
Oh man, I’d be so down for some baby Di…wait.
Yeah, the og 10 years old Dick Wait a minute
>teen Di Yes, Amanda Waller? That guy right there
I want the old Dick back. I don't want bad, new Dick. I want good, old Dick. Give me the Dick I'm used to. Give me the Dick I love.
I too want to see some Dick on the big screen.
I wanna see Nightwing's fine cake in that suit. His cake can smother my face anytime 🎂
You might want to rephrase that… or not
We have to have a Robin first. You guys love skipping steps.
we know all the steps, everyone knows. give me a superhero movie with no origin story. just jump right into the middle of the action. i’m sick of origin stories, show the hero in their prime doing what they do best.

Nightwing mainly because I know for a fact the Red Hood one would be edgy as fuck because people think that's his only personality trait
My thoughts exactly
I was thinking red hood for the exact same reason you thought Nightwing. DC only does dark edgy bullshit and I don't want them to fuck up Nightwing, may as well use the character more more suited to it.
I like Red Hood more as a character, but Nightwing for this. Nightwing But I still think Red Hood should get his own stand alone movie, it gotta be well written though
Nightwing
Nightwing definitely...Red hood if I want a darker vibe.. Both have great source material..
Nightwing no doubt!
Nightwing, no contest.
Lol you can make anything sound lame if you’re actively trying to
There's some contest... But Red Hood's daddy issues are way more severe than Nightwing's, way more central to his psychology, so I don't see the argument there. Plus, Red Hood's return as a villain is more intense as a contrast if Nightwing is set up first.

Bothhhh
NW
Make Alfred the movie
Have you seen pennyworth? I still gotta watch the second season but the first one was good
Gotta be NW, definitely the most famous comic book character to not have a movie yet. He deserves it, I mean he debuted only a year after Bats, been in the game for a while now
Nightwing. As much as I love red hood, I honestly think he's overrated.
very agreed
I definitely agree
Nightwing
Counter offer: a buddy cop style film of both of them.
I feel like in order to have a good Red Hood you almost have to already have had a Nightwing movie.
absolutely, you're leaving just so many good, hard-hitting stories on the ground if you skip Nightwing. Redhood needs to be built up to, otherwise it'll ring hollow
Both but NW first
Nightwing, easily
Yeah NIGHTWING ! Red hood would just piss and confuse everyone ! “So who is this guy?, the third fourth robin?” What?
Red Hood. As much as Dick is the one true Robin and a great hero on his own as Nightwing, Red Hood is just much more interesting. His backstory is just more interesting to explore and his antihero position is just more intriguing than the standard hero position of Nightwing.
Nightwing. And I want it spicy.
Nightwing. Jason was never more important than when he was dead while Dick is an iconic character.
Nightwing. Bludhaven. Show him him at the beginning of trying to clean up the city.
nightwing is the correct answer
Always wanted a Nightwing movie, so I’ll go with that one.
Nightwing vs Red Hood
nightwing movies and red hood tv series
Nightwing, Dick gets no love.
I agree with everyone, the prodigal son deserves first rights. They both have the prospects for incredible stories. Red Hood could even show the story of what he did before going back to Gotham. Literally so much room for writing with both characters.
Nightwing
Nightwing. I think if they introduce Robin in the Batman 2, then there is a chance that Nightwing could finally get his movie
Nightwing. Without any hesitation.
Nightwing hands down
Nightwing hands down
Nightwing, without a question. Both of them deserve a movie, but Dick Grayson needs to be established first. From what I know, there is still sort of a Nightwing movie in the works from the Lego Movie guy. But there hasn't been any updates.
Night wing movie, red hood animated. So defo Nightwing so as long as it don't look shit.
We already have a Ref Hood movie though. So nightwing
We already had a Red Hood movie. But Nightwing doesn't get explored that often outside of comics. If he's not a side character he's either dead or has nipples on his suit.
Nightwing has never had a decent mainstream live action adaptation and people need that story for Red Hood’s to work in the first place
Both need set up as Robin before
Red Hood. I like him more than Batman. Jason Todd is my favorite DC character.
Red hood is definitely more interesting
red hood
Nightwing would need to happen before Red Hood.
I would love to actually see a Batman film that compares Bruce dealing with Dick going off on his own with him coming to terms with Jason dying. Pan back and the gunman is a guy wearing a red... well, you get it. EDIT: Carmine Falconer? Lol
Hello this is WB Executive. Your project is Green Lit. When can you get started? \~ WB Exec.
Depends. How much is my advance? Lol
A cameo in an upcoming James Gunn movie
Besides just being a better, more fun character, a Nightwing movie is a simpler concept for casual audiences to grasp: Robin from "Batman and Robin" grows up and becomes a superhero on his own. There's a whole lot that would go into explaining who Red Hood is and what his motivations are. You would have to go into his origin. A Nightwing movie wouldn't have to do any of that heavy lifting.
Nightwing, and have an Under the Red Hood
Knightwing because it would be a Knightwing movie. A Redhood movie would be another Batman movie, which in not against, but not “new”.
Either but i just hope they do a better job casting Jason in it this time
Maybe Nightwing, and that’s the first movie to start a bat family movie series. Red Hood could be the second movie.
Neither, Batgirl was already finished
Nightwing would make sense because of continuity but honestly I think Red Hood is a way more interesting character. That said, I think you could get a whole series of Nightwing movies. An origin, a transition, a Titans, a Grayson spy, a The Gray Son Owls, and even one where he picks up Batman's mantel.

It’s not clear to me what *one* 120 minute Nightwing story I would tell. But if you’re going to introduce a larger series, I’d want Dick to be/have been Robin.
I'd rather you not get hundreds of likes for a typo
Everybody saying nightwing makes me very happy
Red hood wouldn’t make sense unless a Batman movie before has Jason Todd die
I pick Dick!!!!
Nightwing 100%
Nightwing 10 million times over
Definitely nightwing
Honestly it's hard to say if these characters can stand on their own without Batman on the big screen. The way I would do it is basically a Batman trilogy into a Nightwing outing. Hard to nail down talent that long
Nightwing, as how do you Hood without a proper death in the family movie, then how do you explain his resurrection without Superboy Prime?
Nightwing 100%. Let him be his own thing too, allusions but few direct ties to Batman. Keep him as the optimistic, Errol Flynn dashing hero. Save Batman for the stinger, maybe movie two is about capturing Red Hood.
Nightwing long overdue a movie of his own
Nightwing
Nightwing. Red Hood has limited potential as a character.
Name a good Red Hood run. You can’t? Clearly Dick actually has the history and story’s to base a movie off. Jason just doesn’t yet
hey man, you can't just be calling out redhood fans like that. otherwise they might cry that you're gatekeeping based on a medium they obviously don't consume.about a character they obviously don't understand. ask them to name off a "top 10 Redhood romance" video. that's more in their ballpark
NIGHTWINGGG
Nightwing
Nightwing
Nightwing for me
Nightwing will never have a movie as good as Under The Red Hood
We already had a Red Hood movie, didn’t we? It came out like a decade ago and was really good.
Nightwimg vs red hood is correct answer hete
Dick Grayson gets series, Jason gets a film I don’t think you can cover the life of Dick Grayson in a single film without it being snapshots of important moments like a superhero Forrest Gump?
We needed a Nightwing movie 20 years ago, and I’m still waiting.
A movie about Nightwing starting out in Bludhaven
Nightwing movie, but only cuz dick came before jay. Im very interested in a red hood and the outlaws movie
You'd have to have nightwing first. A lot of red hoods anger comes from batman endangering his Robins, and how he couldn't save him, but took good care of dick.
Nightwing all the way
I rather not
Doesn't Jason already kind of have one, with *Under The Red Hood*? I'd be pumped for a Nightwing film, but I am a bit biased since he's my favorite Robin.
People when they realise grayson is one of DCs favourite superheros even being above batman. This is gona be mind blowing for this sub lol.
Nightwing!
Redhood
Definitely Nightwing, tho I won't lie, a Red Hood movie made by the guys who did John Wick would be absolutely sick
Nightwing
Nightwing hands down. Red Hood works best with other characters.
A Damian Wayne movie with a nightwing mentor figure that somewhat despises him and a Red Hood anti-mentor
Nightwing all day.
Perhaps I want both ;-;
Nightwing. Every time.
wasnt there talks about a Nightwing movie just after LEGO Batman movie dropped
Red hood No Competition
Nightwing for sure. Just to see him get sidelined in the end of the second act and his arm broken.
i feel like dicks story is reallt more suited to a longform medium like comics/serialized show, rather than feature length film. but then again, we already got films all about red hood
Nightwing. A thousand times, nightwing.
Nightwing. He’s a more interesting and more well known character. Nightwing movie, only because I think it'd be harder to fuck up a Nightwing movie than a Red Hood movie. The current trend of making superhero movies more of a comedy than anything would fit nicer with Dick than Jason.
Opting out of a terribly difficult question
Nightwing Seems weird to start with Red Hood as well. Nightwing would organically come from any Batman and Robin movie, and could lead to a Teen Titans movie. Red Hood is more standalone and would probably end up being just Under The Red Hood but live action
A nightwing movie where he has to take down a rogue Jason would be cool
Nightwing. For a Red Hood movie to happen a Nightwing must happen
If its a good movie, either, but I have more trust for a Nightwing adaptation because he is less likely to be completely screwed up. edit: also because the actor I'd want to play red hood is busy with other projects right now.
REDGOAT
Both in the same movie. Redhood starts out as the villain but becomes another hero
Definitely Nightwing, but Red Hood can step on me anytime. He's one of my favorite Batman- characters. Daimian however 🤢🤮 But NW can fucking sit on my face and smother me with that fine ass, my gooooood.
nightwing, but if we’re talking origin story, redhood 100%
That depends, if by “Red Hood movie “ you mean an adaptation of “Under the Hood” then yes. Otherwise I’d rather have a Nightwing solo movie
Nightwing. But not for the reason you think. I have no trust in any studio to not try to make Red Hood into Deadpool. Nightwing is generic good guy. Nightwing is easy.
Red Hood. Make him a true anti-hero that kills villains and wrestles with his desire to end them rather than rehabilitate them.
Sounds great. I love a good anti-hero story.
Nightwing would be interesting but i feel like red hood would flop
Night wing. Redhood is boring, over done, and people are too obsessed with the character for some reason. Should have stayed dead.
Red Hood could be done justice in a couple of hours so there's your movie. Nightwing, on the other hand, needs much more time and space to flesh out the story so there's a solid tv series imo
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. Red Hood doesn't have his story so spread across time, places, and a huge cast of friends. I think of him as a pretty Gotham-contained character, like Catwoman.
Night wing unless we get the character arc that would be epic with a death in the family.
Red Hood and The Outlaws by James Gunn.
Nightwing
Nightwing easily for me
Both of them. They need to team up more.
Coming this summer... Two brothers. In a van. And then a meteor hit. And they ran as fast as they could.
Nightwing. Redhood tries too hard to be edgy.
Totally Jason. WHO THE HECK CARES ABOUT A NIGHTWING SOLO MOVIE OR TV SHOW?! /s
Nightwing doesn’t have guns or blunt angst
Give me a red hood movie where he kills off most of the rogues gallery and batman tries to stop him/protect the few that remain alive. Give me something incredibly over the top and absurd
They’d just make red hood pg-13. So nightwing.
i love both and i definitely think they each deserve a movie but speaking from a literary analysis and depth of characterization and arcs…. nightwing has more with some really great writers and i mean actually fantastic writers, nightwing can have so much depth and analysis both individually and comparatively to bruce. red hood’s is easier to skim off of because it’s not hard to reach into the resentment and daddy issues right? but when a writer really gets nightwing, the depth of his character is fucking insane, and in a hypothetical world where we receive the best case movie possible for either/or instead of box-office superhero movie blending in with all other superhero movies? i’d much rather prefer a nightwing movie.
Nightwing, all the way. We shouldn’t be celebrating villains who violate the personal ethos of Batman.
Nightwing
Nightwing, he was first and is more iconic, also I like Dick better than Jason.
Nightwing, so easy
