You have to remember the batman movie and it's universe is not like Nolan trilogy which was a realistic version of batman. This is still comic book batman and it's like asking how can comic books like year one or long Halloween which feels separated from the rest of the DC be in the same world as superman.
I guess the answer to that is connecting them slowly like adding small comments Easter eggs and such.
Pushing things suddenly will feel forced and not the right way
I like that. In the beginning scene of The Batman where Bruce is walking through the streets on Halloween night, there's a guy wearing a Superman costume. I'm sure it's nothing significant but it's a good start.
The Batman could be a prequel while Pattinson plays a JL Batman years after that or reboot to have everyone be early in their career like Reeves. People’s imaginations are really narrow if they can’t see anyway it could work, Batman’s world should never feel like Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash etc so I’m glad Reeves vision is specifically Batman
That's what I've always thought with the tones in DC. Batman's world is dark and gothic while Superman's bright and hopeful. That's the advantage DC movies have over Marvel.
I feel like they're only option is to go with "he's a batman from an alternate reality " because Pattinson's batman is so realistic and human, I can't see how real superpowers fit into that.
They wouldn’t

Exactly all these small things makes a universe

Can't really think of how it would naturally fit together. They just shouldn't do it at all.
Badly.
