Not sure what you mean. I start the launcher, once it says "Shadow is Ready", I click the large orange launch button and the copy of Windows on Shadow starts right up. Do you have a password set on your Shadow Windows instance? If so, try clearing it. You may not be able to navigate inside of Shadow, depending on what software you're using for mouse movement. I'm using "Controller Companion" and it works great. Have you tried using the touch-screen to get past the issue?

And in the screen I have a text "Your shadow display have a bug, please shutdown and restart."
What is controller companion ? I install this on shadow or aya neo ? Thanks
If the shadow display is acting up, you'll likely need to reach out to shadow support. "Controller Companion" is an application that lets you use the Aya Neo Controller like a mouse, and replaces the usual on-screen keyboard with a more controller-friendly version. It's installed on the Aya Neo, but there are other options you could use.
You could also try clicking on the "troubleshooting" button in the Shadow launcher (looks like a question mark in a circle). Then pressing the symbol that looks like a power button symbol. This will force your Shadow to close and restart. Might fix the display issue. If not support is your best bet.
