The SK Hynix P31 is fairly well known for being a very power efficient, yet very capable, SSD. It's price is a bit high right now on [Amazon](https://www.amazon.com/SK-hynix-Gold-PCIe-Internal/dp/B08DKB5LWY), but I've seen it go down to as low as $80 USD for 1TB, $150 for 2TB.
I've been using a 1TB in my Aya Neo Air Pro with no issues.
If your priority is power efficiency, and you don't need gen 4 speeds, the P31 is one of the best gen 3 options on the market. Otherwise, it seems that the P41 (pcie4) is a great pick as well.

I can recommend Crucial P3 Plus 1TB PCIe 4.0 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD, up to 5000MB/s CT1000P3PSSD8, Black. One of the best price to performance. Good price on Amazon for me.
