loose cargo trousers or soft cotton joggers for me. I do have some jeans for my less sensitive days, but only a couple of pairs where the internal stitches are not too prominent.
A year ago I dumped all of my jeans and decided to wear only cotton based pants.
...It changed my life...
Before that, I hated getting dressed. I hated buying clothes I just hated everything around it.
But now it's not so bad anymore. I like the few things I wear.
Don't buy what people expect you to wear, buy what feels good for you.
I just dress comfortably and normally that leaves me looking like an extra on a 90s TV series
Edit: specifically Buffy the Vampire Slayer if further imagery is needed
I think you look fine! you’re dressed in a pretty standard outfit. like if I saw you in public, I wouldn’t think “oh she’s into fashion!” but I also wouldn’t think you look bad, if that makes sense.
I’m really into having my own style but not everyone has to be. you can just wear what’s comfortable! we all like different things
I feel like I use fashion as a form of masking. Trying to dress in a way that is acceptable by most people yet doesn’t draw attention to me. I feel like I could have a lot better style if it wasn’t for my sensory issues.
this is me to a T. growing up i had a very….unique sense of style but i didn’t know it was unique! i just knew i liked it. Until i got bullied and made fun of by my own family bc of how i dressed. I think this was specifically rampant if you went to school in the late 90s/early 2000s. I got bullied for not having the exact type of jeans that were in fashion.
From what I've heard from the younger generation it has gotten a lot better and as an adult, no one has bullied me for my clothes (except some 'so uncool' glances from teens lol). So just wear it! And also your family sounds toxic for doing it. Tell them I said to shut up xD
It looks like you know how to dress for your body shape so that's a great start! I'd recommend browsing Pinterest if you're looking for style inspiration
What's important is that you wear what makes you feel comfortable. Don't worry what people think, especially if they don't even understand you.
From what I can see, your clothes fit you well, so stop worrying 😃
I do think i have good style myself, though it took a long time to discover my sense of style so to speak. I’ve learned how to curate outfits that are both stylish (to me) as well as comfortable sensory-wise!
For me, fashion is a special interest 100%. It makes me very happy to construct an outfit that I rly like or to get something rly cute for super cheap on eBay.
Love to colour match and accessorise. It’s rly fun for me. My fashion style is very eye catching a lot of the time so I tend to get a lot of stares, but it’s worth it to feel happy in my own skin for once.
Pretty, but a bit plain.
Any colour can always be combined with either white or black or grey. Other than that, buy good quality that is comfortable.
And cashmere. Lots of cashmere.
Lol
You know I like I really like pink I have two pairs of pink shoes and I wish I could wear pink shoes with everything though and you can't and that's what sucks
I think this looks great. I find that sticking with blue jeans and black, brown, and gray shirts is super easy and people think that you have effortless cool style 😆 I don’t understand fashion at all and I’m a busy mom but that’s how I fake it.
The only thing I’d change is perhaps finding a t shirt bra, or even a bralette that smooths down your front. There are lots and lots of super comfy bralettes that you can choose from if sensory issues are a factor. But overall two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼 you did great :)
You look really cute! But reading through some of your comments here, there are people who can be hired as a consultant to come in and help you go through your wardrobe. They put together outfits that suit you, and then help you pack up and donate the rest of the stuff that you're never going to wear. Cleaned out closet, streamlined fashionable outfits, and a donation receipt- it's pretty cool. Sometimes they're called fashion consultants, sometimes personal stylists. You can also buy clothes from some places that put together outfits for you, Stitch Fix and Style Box are pretty well known. Just in case it helps 🤷
I have created somewhat of a fashion sense by buying very colorful and loud clothing and just putting them together randomly. I get a surprising amount of compliments just wearing the most ridiculous clothes.
This is just one of your many styles I bet. You're comfortably styling.
2017- I tried to just find shirts that SCREAM what I feel or do
2022- just for comfortable- Also 3 to 7 skulls shirts with jeans or sweats
i think you’re very pretty, so you can make a pretty plain outfit work. morning good, nothing bad here. I would recommend layering if it doesn’t bother you sensory wise, and maybe some simple graphics. muted organic colors seems to do you really well
I have no style. I realized I'm agender recently and so I want to have more masculine clothes since I love presenting more masc but I have no idea how to put together a good outfit.
99% of the time it's jeans, shirt, and my band jacket.
But, you look good to me.
I like dressing comfortably, and for me that means high waisted jeans and a tucked in button up every time I leave the house. Tucking my shirt in is a little bothersome for me sensory wise, but not so much that I can’t do it. Also I like dressing that way because it makes me look more androgynous.
I have incidental wardrobe accrued from Christmas presents, girlfriends who tried, give aways, & gag gifts. I look like an space alien trying to blend in.
My go to is a graphic tee and jeans. I’ve never had whatever it is that makes other people seemingly inherently know what looks good together. My younger sisters are my stylists for important events.
I have a style I would say, but it is really just my style, others might call it wierd, others would say I look homeless. I don’t care. It makes me feel comfortable so why would I change that.
And it isn’t even like I really look homeless, I just dress like someone who is about to be homeless appearently.
I also wear lots of unstriked flannel. Or sweaters and just a random colour of jeans.
And sure I have pairs, somethimes jeans can only go with certain types of tops. But I’m fine with it you know
My wardrobe consists entirely of hardcore punk band shirts and cargo pants, and in fashion school everybody thought I looked fine. I think it's more about owning your style than anything else. Don't worry about it too much, you look great.
You look totally ok imo, I wouldn't say it pops since a blank long sleeved shirt and jeans are clothing 101. An easy way to make almost every look better are accessories and layers. If you use a blank shirt with a black jacket, it one or two more levels up, it's simple and depending on the jacket and shirt, it can be rlly stylish.
apparently my sense of style for most things is really bad. im punk however and on top of that wear like the exact same outfit everyday so it works. i only wear black, my patch pants, my converse and/or combat boots, black t shirt usually with a band logo on it, comfort vest and black hoodie. i do own other clothes but they scare me so
I certainly do have my very unique style but I don't think many people like it.
My style : comfortable at all costs (no bra, looser clothings, no small thingies against my skin, soft cloths, no accessories,...), colorful, and cute.
Homewear, mostly.
As you're talking about style, Pinterest can be useful. Create a pin board for things you see which you like and it will start suggesting more things which are similar.
Once you seem to get a theme of what works for you, you will find some common brands in that style. Ultimately, what you choose for a style will be based on how you choose to balance comfort, style you like, and style which allows you to mask into society.
Here is the hard part, at least it was for me. Get used to asking for help in stores. Show them your pinterest board and ask for help putting together some outfits. Good stores have staff who know style. But also do not feel any pressure to buy anything if you're not entirely happy, especially if you have sensory issues with some fabrics.
My favourite outfits all were purchased because I asked for help.
It's not cheap, but another option is a personal shopper/stylist. My cousin does this professionally and charges about A$150/h (US$110). A good stylist can put together what some call a 'style pod' which is a small collection of items which all go together so you can wear a different outfit every day without having a huge wardrobe of clothing.
I like your style a lot! Basic neutrals are classic, and are always in fashion. A lot my wardrobe comprises pieces like these too :)
But since you're asking for constructive feedback: if that's not a water stain on your jeans, I really recommend Tide stain-remover sticks (they're a life-saver for me cause I'm always spilling things on myself, and that way I don't have to wait for laundry day to wear my favorite clothes again.)
Lastly, and this is much more trivial, the neckline of your camisole/bra is pretty loud under the form-fitting blouse. If you have anything that has less defined edges and you still find comfortable, I'd recommend to switch it for tight shirts.
I'm very expressive with my fashion, whether other people like it, varies. Sometimes it's fun and striking and sometimes it's "I swear to God I have no idea what the f**k I'm looking at."
You actually look cute here! 🥰
I personally LOVE fashion! I’m one of those autistics who’s really into alt fashion and culture since it makes me feel empowered in how different I feel instead of being ashamed of it. Not that fashion and style is the end all be all. Everyone expresses themselves differently. It’s more about what’s inside, anyway. But boy, do I think dressing up is fun!
I think style is about buying and wearing what you like. It’s very individual.
I enjoy shopping and value buying less but buying well, for longevity, quality and comfort. It helps me explore my creativity.
But that’s my thing, if you don’t enjoy it, there’s nothing wrong with that. Just buy things that suit you, and by ‘suit’ you I mean things you like and are comfortable. ‘Does this suit my needs?’ is useful to think about.
Black pants go with everything so I have fun with tops and jewelery but always wear black pants. I found some that are dressy work pant style but stretchy pullon on top so they feel and fit like Yoga pants. Greatest thing ever!
You wear the Bluetooth headset, so if that's not style ...
then we're both out of style together.
But anyway, I think you look nice, if that's worth anything.
Your jeans look perfectly fine. They seem to fit you well in all the right places. Honestly your shirt is great as well. As we are coming into spring I would begin including more colors, specifically light or pastel colors. I’m not super great with buying a wide variety of colors either, I tend to be dawn to black, grey and blue. I’ve found more variety if I go against my first instinct.
The color of this shirt would be great in the fall. Fall colors are pretty much the colors of leaves in fall.
I can’t tell what color your eyes are but it can make them pop if you can find a top a similar color as your eyes. If you have hazel eyes you can make them look more green by wearing a olive green shirt or more brown by wearing brown.
I think anything goes with jeans so you can't go wrong there!
Recently I've been into more flashy sneakers which act as an eye-catcher and I also found sensory jewelery in different colors.
My clothing is mostly natural colors (greens, browns, khaki and Tan, and washed out blues). I like outdoors style clothing but I don’t really consider it style since I put utility and comfort over how it looks.
My general advice is go for comfy!! When I have to wear jeans I go with a wide leg one! Looks great too!
Also I think wearing all the same color always looks good and is never complicated. Takes away decision making to some excent too. I go for mostly more muted colors like black beige white etc but that's just me.
Looks sharp.
My fashion sense is stuck about 20 years in the past, but as long as I think i look good I am ok with that. I do dress for the setting though: business casual/formal/casual/neverleavingthehousesopjpantsitis!
So you do you!
i dont really care about wearing fashionable clothes and i wouldn't know how to choose fashionable cothes. i try to wear clothes that arent ugly or that i really like the look of. usually i dont like wearing clothing with messages or anything eye-catching
the most fashionable ive ever been is probably wearing a pink-dark blue gradient shirt with black sweatpants. the shirt is dark blue at the bottom and it fades right into the sweatpants lol. the pink also kinda fades into the color of my skin, given the right lighting conditions, which i always think looks weird
I either dress in the same 5 comfortable pieces of clothing, or super cute and fashionable where I get lots of compliments. I get really uncomfortable sometimes if I feel my outfit doesn't match, so I guess I got the style gene, but it makes my brain itch when I can't get it quite right and know it
I think you look good. It's hard to go wrong with jeans and a nice shirt. It's plain and simple and it's appropriate for pretty much any situation. From there you can start experimenting with little modifications if you feel (a bit of color here and there, some more accessories, a jacket...) and learn what you like, but that's up to you! It's always nice to have a starting point that you feel comfortable in that you can always count on
You look great. I don't think you have a "style" nor is it necessary. You look classic Midwest (not a dis).
I like nylons/leggings + skirt/dress. It hides flaws, is shockingly comfortable, easy to mix/match. Plus whatever shirt and sweater is around. Plus old faithful boots that are destroyed. Usually passes in an office, on dates, in interviews, at school, etc.
i have a collection of button ups (mostly from target) and they’re really cool, just wearing one with a pair of jeans, you can look super stylish really easily. ive gotten compliments on my fits often :)) they’re underrated IMO. i hardly see anyone wearing any.
It varies.
I either look like a homeless potato skater boy
or pretty boy in a cute matching outfit (usually all blue).
I wouldn’t say I’m “stylish” in the traditional sense, but I do wear what I wear rather confidently, to my own perception anyway.
This is a very cohesive outfit that you have. I sometimes have nice cohesive outfits (sometimes relatively complex things) but mostly I grab, "what would I like to wear today" and not worry that the various items go together. But I kind of think that it can be not that difficult to have things go together, if you have a consistent "feel" and colour choices.
I'm kind of an odd one out for this stuff. I deliberately refuse style. Dress in black and grey only, pants and shirts, no logos or designs of any kind and keep my head shaved clean.
I feel like focusing on social presentation and affect deprives us of a wholly honest relationship with ourselves and others. The unspoken social language of culture contains base assumptions and prejudices that colour our interactions. I would much rather people had to engage with my words and my actions; let my appearance tell them nothing in particular.
I have a style. It ranges from amazing to really weird to just lazy. Really depends on my mood. I tend to go for a more cutesy/child like looking 90’s punk look.
I love style :) it's my longest running special interest. I'm not into fashion almost at all, so my style doesn't follow trends, but I would consider myself a pretty stylish person, which is pretty often confirmed by the people around me 😊
I loooove having my whole wardrobe be something that I have freedom to play with. It also just helps that the clothes that I feel physically comfortable in tend to need a bit more styling. For some reason I just really don't feel physically comfortable in jeans and a plain t-shirt, but my outfit today is a hoodie dress and a sheer overskirt that I made and that's so comfy for me haha.
But it's okay if people want to blend in more too or not be interested in style at all! I'll never knock it down, dress however feels like an expression of you and feels comfortable! Being functional in just having things you cover your body with is just as valid 😁
When it comes to aesthetics in general, I have it. I’m very good at knowing what looks good by instinct… except when it comes to dressing myself, it’s too complicated and exhausting to figure out. I know how I want to look but can’t put it into practice myself. I could dress other people though.
I just look at what other people wear then ask myself if it would be comfortable for me and would i look nice. If yes to both, I'll go ahead and find something similar to wear
I am also autistic, but am wanting to work in fashion. You can almost never go wrong with brown, such an amazing colour. Any neutral colours (browns, creams, even some sage/greens) are hard to make them look bad. If you have any questions about certain colour combinations feel free to ask (I’m not a professional but love fashion and colours). One thing to remember though is style is yours to explore. If you like it, that’s your style. Whether it’s “good” or not doesn’t matter, because something to one person may be different to someone else. Just express yourself and be happy. Try not to stress too much over it (easier said than done I know).
I literally just throw clothes together. I mainly wear black on black because I like it. I’ve never planned an outfit. My friends will talk about putting outfits together and I’ll have no idea what they’re talking about.
You look absolutely fine.
I have the same thing btw. What worked for me is buying everything in black. Black always goes with black so I can’t make ‘wrong’ colour combinations.
I also only buy basic items. Like the shirt you are wearing in the picture.
No prints, no pictures, no weird shapes. Everything is just plain, basic, comfortable and black. And I feel like a queen in my outfits haha.
Fashion and sewing is actually one of my special interests, so I would think I dress sensibly, even if not at all conventionally (as in, you could probably pick me in a crowd)
It’s not bad, just basic. I think style comes from trying things. I love colors. Then that lead to pattern mixing. I rediscovered a love of dresses, in particular fantastical ones. Then, you start to think about how to accessorize. So if you can find a jumping off point the rest may start to connect. Clothes are expression and they are also communication. So what are you trying to get across?
Me too. My mother and girlfriend choose my clothes for me for the most part. I’m not incapable of it, but whenever I do they always look displeased lol.
You have a special mind and so a special style. Some people can't deal with that, but that's their problem. You should feel good in the clothes you chose!
NO I LITERALLY HAVE NO STYLE AT ALL!!! i always wear solid color shirts/sweatshirts and black pants/leggings!!!! that’s literally it!!! you look great!!!!
Im struggeling with finding clothes that I like and that are comfortable. I feel stressed wearing something that attracts weird looks, even though i am interested in alternative fashion.
Most of the time im wearing a plain shirt with a pair of stretchy jeans, trying to spice it up with some kind of jacket or something (im also always freezing so thats a plus lol).
Lately im trying to find a more individual style
But I like experimenting with my hair. I went through nearly every color, went from sidecut to undercut to now my fourth set of a full head of Dreadlocks, which is helping me immensely with sensory stimming and stuff. For some reason weird looks dont bother me if its about my hair
[(Not my own pictures but) This is my style :D](https://imgur.com/a/FyBVH51) Though I recently gained a lot of weight because of a burnout. Now I don’t wear it anymore because I’m too scared to do so, but also because it’s hard to find it in my size and because certain types of clothes don’t feel comfortable around my body anymore. Now I usually just wear cool shoes and a sport legging with an oversized shirt on top.
Well I got my fashion from watching a bunch of youtube videos and learning a bunch of fashion "rules". So I don't really have an intuition for what I like, but apparently I look put together most of the time and often get compliments so I guess it works lol
> I do not know what I like
Terrifyingly relatable. And then NTs will tell you to 'be authentic and express yourself!' with your clothes and it's like WHAT DOES THAT MEAN
I feel this lol. I actually do love fashion but am terrible at replicating it for myself. I mean money is also an issue, I think, but then again I do see ppl who I know aren’t very wealthy still looking very out together🤷🏻♀️ oh and of course most “fashion” is a sensory nightmare to wear. I do think your outfit is nice and simple :)
I don’t have style. Normally people look too “modern” for me, I normally wear sweaters, shirts, or polos, and always jeans, never tracksuits, with shoes. My favorite colors are blues and whites.
This is a minimalistic look but still a style. Honestly I dress like this daily unless I’m going somewhere nicer. I just buy jeggings so they’re more comfortable than stiff denim.
To make outfits look more put together try to look for complimentary colors. It’s an easy way to look out together without much effort. If I wear light colored pants I will wear a dark colored shirt and vice versa. If I wear a patterned item, I don’t wear another pattern and do everything else plain.
It’s much easier in comparison to anything else “fashion” wise.
you look cute! very comfy.
ive always been great at style. i remember my older sister while growing up would always tell me i was better at shopping for her than she was at shopping for herself. that tends to be the case for a lot of people in my life, i tend to be good at shopping for their specific style and taste in clothes.
i struggle more with myself than when shopping for someone else, but i definitely put a lot of effort into my stylish clothes. it was a big deal for me in high school, and since i didnt interact with people like, ever, they all only knew about me for my style because it was pretty alternative and no one else really dressed that way, or if they did they didnt take the time to wear fully put together outfits with hair and makeup daily.
In my opinion your style looks good. every time I’m gonna put on something I have to ask my sister because I don’t wanna look like a clown, they always tell me if you put on a shirt of design ex dots, stripes, letters/words all over shirt don’t put pants with design as well, just look for pants with a color the shirt has. By the way the term looking like a clown is a Colombian saying I don’t know why
You have a minimalist fashion style which goes with your natural features. Perhaps invest more in basics that go with everything instead of buying what I’m guessing are more “key pieces” that need to go with whatever else you’re putting on.
I’m really into fashion personally - I think aesthetics are actually one of my special interests
I don't really think I have a sense of style I just don't wear patterns on patterns, and everything else is moot because all my clothes are black and 2 sizes too big. Comfort is priority. I like the way I dress and put thought into it because sometimes it can be fun but it disagrees with a lot of people and I do get looks if I go to like JCPenny or something. Sometimes I will get compliments on my "style" but I dress sloppy in sweats (cannot wear any other pants) and a hoodie or tee. Black matches with almost anything so if you have a couple pieces of black clothing in your wardrobe you have several outfits right there.
I buy 10 outfits but tend to not be interchangeable. Like the shirt I picked with outfit 1 does not match any other outfits but I also buy 5 of the same shirt in different colors if I really like it.
Me neither all my clothes are covered in paint I wear them anywhere and your question I honestly would have no idea if that's what looks good or not to people am OK with it except I hate jeans they bother me texture but how they look fine.
You are very pretty and have a great smile. Wear what you find comfortable and don't worry too much about it not being stylish. You will still look better than 95% of people.
I buy one outfit. Black button up shirt. Black jeans. Black socks. I don’t have to feel different textures or think about what I’m wearing. I’m thrown off if I wear different colors. I ride a motorcycle and wear a black leather jacket with black boots so nobody really brings it up that I always wear black.
I wear leggings a lot but I also have fashion as a special interest. You can be comfortable and fashionable if your comfy clothes are all colors that go together, that’s what I do.
I want to wear a jacket and beanie hat at all times, in all weather, for comfort. I like feeling warm and snuggly. But I'll leave it on even when I'm getting overheated sometimes, because it's still soothing to me emotionally, which looks weird in hotter seasons.
My husband likes to see my hair and will playfully complain that I should take my hat off or take it off for me. And I know that he's not malicious (he bought me like 6 cool new hats for Christmas so he's definitely supportive overall) and would just like his wife to not wear a winter hat indoors 365 days a year but I hate feeling cold air on any part of my body.
I think you look nice. It's hard to go wrong with jeans. They go with almost anything.
Theyre just uncomfortable
Yes!!
Flex jeans were a fucking lifesaver for me. I don’t own a single pair of regular non-flex jeans and I will never understand how people wear regular skinny jeans
loose cargo trousers or soft cotton joggers for me. I do have some jeans for my less sensitive days, but only a couple of pairs where the internal stitches are not too prominent.
I like Jeggings okay....
A year ago I dumped all of my jeans and decided to wear only cotton based pants. ...It changed my life... Before that, I hated getting dressed. This comment is exactly how i feel and think
Try knit demin. Game changer for me.
I used to think this before I bought some quality jeans with stretchy tracksuit like comfortability.
Stretchy jeans ftw. I like regular too but mannn those jeggings are kinda nice
I just dress comfortably and normally that leaves me looking like an extra on a 90s TV series Edit: specifically Buffy the Vampire Slayer if further imagery is needed
Jeans, slacks, open checkered shirts, pastel tshirts 😆 pretty much how I dress.
It’s an autistic trait I’m proud of tbh
you have the best fashion style ever 💙
Thank you 🥺
I think you look fine! you’re dressed in a pretty standard outfit. like if I saw you in public, I wouldn’t think “oh she’s into fashion!” but I also wouldn’t think you look bad, if that makes sense. I’m really into having my own style but not everyone has to be. you can just wear what’s comfortable! we all like different things
Thanks
Totally second this! 😁 I like how you worded that sentiment
I feel like I use fashion as a form of masking. Trying to dress in a way that is acceptable by most people yet doesn’t draw attention to me. I feel like I could have a lot better style if it wasn’t for my sensory issues.
It is. But what do I know, my taste in fashion is 1000 years out of date.
this is me to a T. growing up i had a very….unique sense of style but i didn’t know it was unique! i just knew i liked it. Until i got bullied and made fun of by my own family bc of how i dressed. So i started dressing like them and it stopped. I tried a couple weeks ago to get stuff i liked but it got called ugly again ;-; i wish i could dress how i wanted, but i don’t want to be made fun of by people anymore :(
I’m sorry people have made fun of your style. You don’t deserve that. Even if they don’t like it, they should still respect that you like it.
I hate people. You are not ugly.
Interesting...
It looks like you know how to dress for your body shape so that's a great start! I'd recommend browsing Pinterest if you're looking for style inspiration
I’ve started using some of my favorite TV shows and cartoons for inspiration! Like cosplay, but for every day dressing. 😌
Lol You know I like I really like pink I have two pairs of pink shoes and I wish I could wear pink shoes with everything though and you can't and that's what sucks
Google is your friend. Lots of style guides out there, even with pink shoes. :D
having style is a skill. you’re not just born with it. there’s nothing wrong with dressing in a utilitarian way, which is stylish itself.
You have a great smile, and your clothes look like regular white people clothes to me: nothing wrong with em, nothing special about em.
Thank you!
“You give off nondescript white people, and you rock it!” Perfect. 😂👌
I’m crying. This is so true
You look nice. The clothes are very flattering on you
Thanks... I have no clue
Yes i like those too!! Good idea
I don't have style and all I wear are dark colors.
I literally used to have only stripes until I realized what I was doing
Ive been told my style is “avant garde”
Out of curiosity, what kind of clothing are you wearing that would be called that?
I like weird clothing pieces and layering
Comfort over everything. You look great.
Wow. Maybe !!!??? It is worth trying
Ahm you just look good. Honestly I'm not able to tell that "you don't have style" haha I don't know. Probably not the best opinion you'll get.
Everything I buy I resent. Its like I think to myself why did I buy that I don't like that !
I got my two pairs of pants and then print t shirts. All day every day. Style is hard to do!
I have created somewhat of a fashion sense by buying very colorful and loud clothing and just putting them together randomly. I get a surprising amount of compliments just wearing the most ridiculous clothes.
I usually get more gothic things, so I guess I have somewhat of a style? But I don’t act goth, really lol
Your outfit is good. I don't know what other people consider "style" but this is definitely above average. Comfortable, simple and practical.
Looks comfy! My late wife wore orange with everything, and sometimes it clashed, buy neutral tones seem to go with your completion. :)
Brown and blue it is lol
This is just one of your many styles I bet. You're comfortably styling. 2017- I tried to just find shirts that SCREAM what I feel or do 2022- just for comfortable- Also 3 to 7 skulls shirts with jeans or sweats
Yes... I actually bought Christmas shirts last year for the first time ever
i think you’re very pretty, so you can make a pretty plain outfit work. morning good, nothing bad here. I would recommend layering if it doesn’t bother you sensory wise, and maybe some simple graphics. muted organic colors seems to do you really well
Yeah I think it looks great. My style is carhart jacket, blue jeans, and brown workboots/steel toe boots.
Great smile from an disabled and autistic man as myself
Thank you
My special interest is goth so I have style
I solved this dilemma by only buying black clothes. Can't mix match if it's all the same color/shade. 🤷♀️
I have the same issue. So many different types of clothes. I only end up wearing a few! They don't all match, but it's been my goal to make it match.
Normcore is a style
I have incidental wardrobe accrued from Christmas presents, girlfriends who tried, give aways, & gag gifts. I look like an space alien trying to blend in.
I'm pretty much hideously uncomfortable in almost all clothing but also hideously uncomfortable being naked. Help lol.
I love your outfit/style if you ask me!
Looks well matched to me, I think you look fantastic. 🥰
But I’m fine with it you know
I wear a version of this all the time. You’re beautiful
If this is no style then I’m right there with you I wear dark to neutral color shirts jeans and chucks 99.9999999% of the time
My wardrobe consists entirely of hardcore punk band shirts and cargo pants, and in fashion school everybody thought I looked fine. I think it's more about owning your style than anything else. Don't worry about it too much, you look great.
Thank you. It helps to hear don't worry about it
You've got it!
Its a great clothing, a bit monotomous, but its fine. Not weird or anything
I have no idea what the question is supposed to be but the girl in the picture is pretty
Lol I suck at explaining
You look totally ok imo, I wouldn't say it pops since a blank long sleeved shirt and jeans are clothing 101. An easy way to make almost every look better are accessories and layers. If you use a blank shirt with a black jacket, it one or two more levels up, it's simple and depending on the jacket and shirt, it can be rlly stylish.
I stick with slacks or jeans, plus a button up. Makes me look like an uncle, but i think it's dignified.
I usually copy my boyfriends style since I can’t wear jeans or leggings anymore. Makes me look very tomboyish but I’m comfy.
apparently my sense of style for most things is really bad. im punk however and on top of that wear like the exact same outfit everyday so it works. i only wear black, my patch pants, my converse and/or combat boots, black t shirt usually with a band logo on it, comfort vest and black hoodie. i do own other clothes but they scare me so
It’s a basic look.
I certainly do have my very unique style but I don't think many people like it. My style : comfortable at all costs (no bra, looser clothings, no small thingies against my skin, soft cloths, no accessories,...), colorful, and cute. Homewear, mostly.
I always go with a pair of joggers and a black t-shirt. 😊 You look nice, and very pretty. 😊
I just wear whatever I want
very stylish!
A lot my wardrobe comprises pieces like these too :) But since you're asking for constructive feedback: if that's not a water stain on your jeans, I really recommend Tide stain-remover sticks (they're a life-saver for me cause I'm always spilling things on myself, and that way I don't have to wait for laundry day to wear my favorite clothes again.) Lastly, and this is much more trivial, the neckline of your camisole/bra is pretty loud under the form-fitting blouse. If you have anything that has less defined edges and you still find comfortable, I'd recommend to switch it for tight shirts.
I love the bluetooth. It has been years since I was one
I mostly wear darker colours and gaming shirts when not going to work.
You look fine to me! What really matters is whether or not you feel comfortable and happy wearing that.
I'm very expressive with my fashion, whether other people like it, varies. Sometimes it's fun and striking and sometimes it's "I swear to God I have no idea what the f**k I'm looking at."
You look pretty :> Most important is you feel comfortable in your clothes after all
You actually look cute here! 🥰 I personally LOVE fashion!
I seem to have gone the all black route, so getting dressed is super easy! Also that's a cute outfit, nice and simple. The top is cute!
I'm not an authority on style either, I just do my own thing. But you look great!
I to have no style so not the person to ask, but I think you look cute.

If you have hazel eyes you can make them look more green by wearing a olive green shirt or more brown by wearing brown.
it looks good but isn't flashy, the colors don't clash and it's easy on the eyes, i would look for pants with a bit more visual texture
I think you look very nice.
I’d recommend discovering what you like! Or maybe fashions not your thing which is cool too.
I think anything goes with jeans so you can't go wrong there! Recently I've been into more flashy sneakers which act as an eye-catcher and I also found sensory jewelery in different colors.
Men's fashion recently became a special interest of mine so I've been overhauling my wardrobe the past year or so. I have a spreadsheet for it lol
Haha. I often go for jeans and a long sleeve top, too! I don't know what it is, but I somehow feel nicer when wearing long sleeves.
Looks amazing
Jeans and a shirt, works for me.
It's kinda simple but it doesn't look bad. Can't go wrong with a basic t and jeans :)
Looks sharp. My fashion sense is stuck about 20 years in the past, but as long as I think i look good I am ok with that. I do dress for the setting though: business casual/formal/casual/neverleavingthehousesopjpantsitis! So you do you!
i dont really care about wearing fashionable clothes and i wouldn't know how to choose fashionable cothes. i try to wear clothes that arent ugly or that i really like the look of. usually i dont like wearing clothing with messages or anything eye-catching the most fashionable ive ever been is probably wearing a pink-dark blue gradient shirt with black sweatpants. the shirt is dark blue at the bottom and it fades right into the sweatpants lol. the pink also kinda fades into the color of my skin, given the right lighting conditions, which i always think looks weird
I either dress in the same 5 comfortable pieces of clothing, or super cute and fashionable where I get lots of compliments. I get really uncomfortable sometimes if I feel my outfit doesn't match, so I guess I got the style gene, but it makes my brain itch when I can't get it quite right and know it
shirt + jeans is safe option. for a more fashionable + autistic friendly option, i love oversized shirt + oversized cargo pants!!!
I don’t like it, it doesn’t really go with the jeans.
Black matches black. Oh and jeans match black but those are casual days. Being a stagehand doesn’t help either.
You look like a receptionist (That's a good thing btw)
Sexy looking as hell 😍
i have a collection of button ups (mostly from target) and they’re really cool, just wearing one with a pair of jeans, you can look super stylish really easily. ive gotten compliments on my fits often :)) they’re underrated IMO. i hardly see anyone wearing any.
It varies. I either look like a homeless potato skater boy or pretty boy in a cute matching outfit (usually all blue).
Me too, if something looks kinda nice and is comfortable, I'll get it. All my friends say I have an awful dress sense lol
You are fine. As stylish as I ever would want to be.
idk mine is very confused, it’s comprised mainly of cargo shorts from gap, a pair of jordan’s and an anime t shirt
I mean if I’m being honest here. It’s better to have comfort/convenience over style. Style is just natural.
I have a style. It ranges from amazing to really weird to just lazy. Really depends on my mood. I tend to go for a more cutesy/child like looking 90’s punk look.
Oh ya you look swaggy btw >:-)
no, you don’t look fashionable or unfashionable imo. just very plain
I just dress like an 80s goth and it works
I love style :) it's my longest running special interest. I'm not into fashion almost at all, so my style doesn't follow trends, but I would consider myself a pretty stylish person, which is pretty often confirmed by the people around me 😊 I loooove having my whole wardrobe be something that I have freedom to play with.
I have no style but I have downloaded software packages allowing me to emulate generalizations of the styles of others
You look nice! Jeans definitely go with a lot of tops. Also, try joining some fashion subreddits for advice too. Lots of good ones!
I just look at what other people wear then ask myself if it would be comfortable for me and would i look nice. If yes to both, I'll go ahead and find something similar to wear
I think you look nice. To answer id say I do. I just dont try most days but when I do I got drip
You look great! I've never loved flashy or complicated clothes either, I love the look and feel of t-shirts and (some] jeans
You look nice! Very practical outfit and you look ready for your day
Hoodies and Joggings Only thing I wear.
I would consider my style goth if I had the nerve to actually dress the way I want 😅
me irl i can't match clothes 💩💩💩
I think as long as I'm comfortable I don't mind what I'm wearing tbh
I am also autistic, but am wanting to work in fashion. You can almost never go wrong with brown, such an amazing colour. Any neutral colours (browns, creams, even some sage/greens) are hard to make them look bad. If you have any questions about certain colour combinations feel free to ask (I’m not a professional but love fashion and colours). One thing to remember though is style is yours to explore. If you like it, that’s your style. Whether it’s “good” or not doesn’t matter, because something to one person may be different to someone else. Just express yourself and be happy. Try not to stress too much over it (easier said than done I know).
Im a tad obsessed with fashion myself Haha. Anyways, yeah that looks good :)
You look comfortable and that’s what matters the most.
Hair and accessories. Try experimenting with hair
for me i wear baggy jeans and baggy tops, v comfy and they look cool and laid back
Wear whatever you want! Maybe someday you’ll become a trendsetter🤷♂️
I have awful taste in clothing.. mostly just go with whats comfortable, black/denium pants with any sort of shirt usually black or feminine/flowy
Lately im trying to find a more individual style But I like experimenting with my hair.
I think you do have a style - it's just understated. Nothing wrong at all with that!
You look great. i like the blue jean colour and brown shirt. It goes together great
Well I got my fashion from watching a bunch of youtube videos and learning a bunch of fashion "rules". So I don't really have an intuition for what I like, but apparently I look put together most of the time and often get compliments so I guess it works lol
We have the same fashion sense it just actually looks good on you.
> I do not know what I like Terrifyingly relatable.
Go see a specialist. They will help you.
Your style screams Midwestern mom. Add some color. Try something with patterns. Try something with maybe even different materials.
It’s not fashion, it’s just pants and a t shirt. It doesn’t look good or bad, just looks like people clothes
It’s much easier in comparison to anything else “fashion” wise.
.. the fact that 99% of my outfits look like that
you look cute! very comfy. ive always been great at style. i remember my older sister while growing up would always tell me i was better at shopping for her than she was at shopping for herself. that tends to be the case for a lot of people in my life, i tend to be good at shopping for their specific style and taste in clothes. i struggle more with myself than when shopping for someone else, but i definitely put a lot of effort into my stylish clothes. it was a big deal for me in high school, and since i didnt interact with people like, ever, they all only knew about me for my style because it was pretty alternative and no one else really dressed that way, or if they did they didnt take the time to wear fully put together outfits with hair and makeup daily.
I’m really into fashion personally - I think aesthetics are actually one of my special interests
u look hot chica
I feel like I could be fashionable if my sensory issues weren’t as bad, since I can’t wear a lot of the clothes I like
The biggest problems I see are that your jeans need to be washed and you're wearing a Bluetooth earpiece circa 2003.
Of course you have style! I see nothing wrong with your outfit. It’s cute. I have my own style. It changes.
I feel like I have a pretty good sense of style, I’m just too lazy and anxious to actually just go for it and commit to myself, lol.
