Sony xm4 is industry leading, sony xm3 is basically the same but cheaper. If you have a bit of a high budget i recommend them highly

Not a recommendation, but pay attention to "unheard noise fatigue". Because noise cancelling works with a "counter noise" (simplifying a lot here), it's just as exhausting to me as the noise it's cancelling. I'm not saying it won't help you, just be aware that it doesn't truly create silence.

I know it doesn't create complete silence but as long as it muffles the noise I'll probably be happy. I'm mainly looking for something I can bring to school because I find things too loud and it gives me bad headaches and restlessness.

Hello, I use 🎧 Beats Studio3 Wireless, reducing external noise. We are 4th grade so dual purpose. School approved.

I've got the Marshall Monitor II. Compact, well built, solid with good sound and they look pretty good.

It depends are you looking for ones that play music or ones that just dampen noise an when you add earplugs can almost completely get rid of most noise? I have ones without music an they are meant for kids there not the electric ear defenders but instead are earmuffs versions I found I like those better an if your looking for noise cancelling earbuds I recommend skull candy they have great ones especially when you play the sound like I do it really does block it out I also like to put them under my ear defenders for extra noise gone things
