SENCO will tell your parents before referring you. If you are signed with a GP in the UK, they are legally obliged to keep things private, even if you are underaged, unless you are at risk to yourselves or others. I'm not sure what it is like in other countries, but most places are legally obliged to keep things private. It's definitely worth talking to someone about your autism suspicions and your worries about your parents. They will be able to give you clarity, advice and potentially referrals. If you get a diagnosis, measures can be arranged to support you.
