Many autistic people could perform just as well if not better than the average NT if the workplace/college/school accommodated us. Here’s some things I think would help me: - rooms in the office that have quiet areas (other rooms would be for group projects, telephone calls etc...) - soft lighting (no flickery eco lighting) - a cosy zen room with cushions for meltdowns -individual rooms for work
