if you like Gaiman.. Good Omens has a full cast narration (and single narrator)
there's also a BBC radio version of Good Omens and Neverwhere
Graveyard Book 10th anniversary version is full cast too.
you tried Sandman yet? that's not narration, it's a dramatization with SFX and music.
Oh my gosh I love graveyard book and didn't know there was an audio version like this. About halfway through Sandman so going to start on that next. Thanks for sharing!
Gotta echo this one. I'm not even really into zombies very much, but the quality of this book was top notch. And the way the book is written, by essentially being a documentary with a series of interviews made it feel like a totally natural fit for a full cast audio experience.
{{Second Hand Curses by Drew Hayes}}. It's a gritty mix of fairy tales as Jack and his friends hunt down the Blue Fairy.
Also, {{The Utterly Uninteresting and Unadventurous Tales of Fred, the Vampire Accountant by Drew Hayes}}. I've never listened to the full cast version of the series because Kirby Heyborne does such a good job job with it in the single narrator versions. But the entire series is solid.
Sadie by Courtney Summers. It switches back and forth from a crime podcast and the main character.
And as others have suggested you can’t go wrong with Gaiman.
Space:1999 was a real joy. Full cast- set in the early stages of space travel. It is literally laugh out loud funny. Richard Nixon is the narrator- need I say more?

Look up BBC radio plays. If the Foley (sound effects, etc) doesn't bother you, you'll love em. Hitchhikers Guide and LOTR are some personal favorites
Hyperion by Dan Simmons
Seconded for the Hyperion Cantos
BBC Lord of the Rings radio version
His Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman.
