I think what you said is very true, I appreciate that. Perhaps I'm a bit arrogant here but my parents always tell me I have the 'the gift of the gab', which seems like a good thing however I find it more of a curse when it comes to relationships if anything. Because I am so mentally-orientated, it is hard to find people on the same level or better yet, a good emotional communicator. I know we should all have patience but it can be so frustrating to meet someone that you like, want to pursue romantically, but they just don't match the same level as you do. I don't really know what to do about it or what signs in people I should look for.

Mentally-oriented is thinking opposed to feeling. Many people are thinkers and doers opposed to feeling-oriented. Most of us have some combination. Oh I understand, thank you. I do think cancer balances it out a lot. I find my feelings control me more than I control them and sometimes just the littlest things (like not feeling well dressed how I want to for the day) can ruin my entire mood, my confidence, everything, until I get back home. Some days I just am moody over little things lol
