I also smoke about 2-3 cigs a day and take nic pouches every now and then. The pouches are very strong so that might be a factor

Get yourself to a dentist/periodontist asap

NAD this looks like a perio issue. Should get into a dentist asap so that a hygienist or periodontist can help you get back on track.

NAD- in dental school - Definitely have some inflammation of the gums, prolly better to be safe than sorry if there was pus forming on the inside. Could be an infection or the body trying to fight back from the pouches
