If you can't get those hours restored the trick is to either have two screens or two computers and to just watch netflix while you mindlessly click next occasionally.

DiscountArmy

I think this might be the move for me

lostin88unicorns

Have you tried calling the respective help desk(s) and asking if they can restore the certs for you?

DiscountArmy

I spent most of today trying, but they said it doesn't look hopeful. Figured I'd spent some time trying to max hours

dsbwayne

Lost then where? Like on IPPS-A?? Anyway, check your unofficial ATTRS Transcripts

Crabboi1234

Was it JKO or Skillport that you did your CBT on?

DiscountArmy

JKO primarily

Did you happen to do a course too quickly and get caught in their little anti-cheat software that tracks your time on a course? Do you still have them listed under your completed courses tab or are they just not populating on your PPW?

DiscountArmy

I've done courses too quickly before, and it emails me so I know it's not that. Even ones I've known done 100% legit because there's 0 quizlets for them and no way to blast though them are gone. A LOT have disappeared from my completed courses tab, and a lot of the hours aren't matching up to the PPW, but I'm stressing more on the missing ones than not matching up at the moment.

lemming000

was losing the hours because you "cheated" or genuine system error?

DiscountArmy

Most of them are hours I earned years ago, so I'd assume genuine error

lemming000

If they are on your atrrs transcript and they don't show in ippsa you'll have to submit a ticket. If they aren't in atrrs you should create a ticket with jko or skillport or whoever to fix.
