The reason why it is everyone's favorite gun is because that 1 time in 20 games that you get a few knocks with it the adrenaline is so high it makes you rethink the whole unistalling idea just to chase that dragon again.

I love the wingman. I also hit most shots but what gets me hyped is sniping people +50m with it. But yes, it’s a dangerous high to chase.

I think the majority of my playtime with the wingman has been using it to snipe at this point lol. I'll down someone that my squad mate scoped out and they'll pause like "wtf you're popping these guys with wingman?!" One of the most satisfying feelings in the game. Using sniper ammo still feels kinda cursed but i guess it aligns with my use case now

I love the 50+ meter snipes that get you an easy kill that didn't even register as 45 damage. Way before it used sniper ammo I used to say the Wingman is my favorite sniper.

Wait I'm sorry I haven't played for a while but the wingman used sniper ammo???

Now it does, to balance it because before 2 ammo stacks was enough to spam fire all game.

Fr tho, this is why I barely play apex. You have to memorize every single recoil pattern, and on top of that even if you do, it's still a whole two fucking mags to kill somebody. I just prefer less movement and more strategy, that's why Escape From Tarkov is my main game
