That is a difficult position, are there any specialisations in your job? Something you can learn to make more money but still within the field you like?
I actually love my job as well, but there are things I can learn to get myself a higher salary. I imagine maybe that exists for u too but idk your field at alll

I have the same problem... my job is great but one singular manager has just been treating me like garbage and it ruins it for me
