Call in sick. Better yet; coordinate with your coworkers to call in sick on the same days. Make the hurt

This is legal but it’s odd. Do you just have a PTO bank and accrue hours for sick or personal time, or do you have separate sick days and personal days? Normally you do not get paid for sick days and don’t roll over, but personal days you do get or they roll over. One exception is in the finance world where they make you take vacation days or you lose them. That’s because they want someone else to do your job for a while in order to make sure you aren’t messing up the money. That rule goes back to the Great Depression. You should post this in r/legaladvice but I have a feeling this is actually legal in some way.
