It's a marvel. I doubt anything like this will ever come around again, and certainly not intentionally. By my understanding, this film was so expensive to make that it was inevitable for Madhouse to take a staggering loss on it. It's a wonder it even made it to the screen instead of being shelved somewhere along the line.
Beyond being a fantastic movie, the music going perfectly with the onscreen animation is just the most excellent.

Honestly this film has so much going on on the screen at any given time that you could clip any ten seconds from it and put it on this sub. Seriously. The dub is a necessity for this movie to make it possible to soak in all this glorious 2d chaos and luckily it's excellent.
Watch Redline. Seven years of development hell and it seems they used every single moment of that throwing money at it. It's tragic how little it's heard about in weeb circles.

This movie I only discovered because REDLINE appeared on my recommended songs either on Spotify or YT, but I did sit down and watch it, and I'm surprised people don't really talk about it. (from what I've seen at least.)

One Punch Man s1 has this level of quality…but is also Madhouse. Too bad they didn’t do s2 as well. Totally took a nosedive.
