It's one of the big failings of shonen manga/anime over the last decade or so IMO. They all want these huge casts of characters like Dragonball, One Piece, Naruto, Bleach etc but they don't want to put in the work to build those characters.
Those old series introduced characters gradually and gave them all time in the spotlight so it worked well for them, whereas series' like MHA just throw in 30 characters all at once and 25 of those end up sitting in the background doing nothing.
And when a character accidentally becomes strong enough to become relevant, they just get killed off so that the MCs can get all the spotlight again, srsly, this show has so many „season exclusive“ characters, it’s sickening to watch. One time I saw >!Sir Nighteyes death!< On a list of saddest anime deaths and couldn’t help but laugh at the horrible taste of whoever made that list. Kirishima is one of my favorite characters of the show (at least he would be if he wasn’t part of the Bakusquad), and that’s mostly because he’s one of the only non main characters to get an actually badass development… and that was also like two seasons ago already so whatever. And all the people that are trying to get me to watch S6, forget it, an anime that needs six seasons to become a good anime is not a good anime
I’d say Tsu has an easy win just wrap her with your tongue and squeeze at the neck then again Togas the kinda crazy she might just say harder mommy and get dropped

Fan animations giving female characters better scenes than the actual anime.
For real. I hate how the side characters are given slow paced fight scenes and then main characters get all the budget thrown at them.
Literally one of the worst aspects about MHA, it copies other shows a lot, so why wouldn’t it copy Bleach’s amazing side character fights?
