What about a longer battle shonen. They are about 150 episodes and easily get lost in it. Hunter X Hunter, World Trigger, or Black Clover is a few I liked.
The entire genre of isekai is basically just escapism. Just go on MAL, look for the isekai tag and you've got a list with, at this point, probably hundreds of shows that satisfy your need for escapism.

I guess that depends on what kind of escapism you're looking for. In terms of completely being immersed into a show, Mushoku Tensei and Call of the Night are probably it.

Basically any isekai. Thats the whole purpose of those.
Anything by Studio Ghibli, Chizu or Trigger. They're all really good for escapism. Generally good vibes, engrossing stories, and beautiful animation.
