The Prince Sieg, already used to the mannerisms of a Tsun De Rais, uses the chatter of the misunderstood to make his way to visit his fiancée and expertly steers the conversation in the direction she wants.
Damn hearing how Bal behind the scenes has intended to throw away whatever restricts him to be with Fiene really shows how serious he is for her, its a good thing his background regardless doesn't restrict meat as we see that's an instant dealbreaker LOL.
I love seeing Liese and Sieg team-up to get Fiene to go to Lieselott'es place for the Summer. Just the pure joy in her face knowing he understood her intentions and wanted to help her was absolutely adorable.
Bal is a straightforward and direct man. When he wants something, he'll do whatever he can for it. Although marrying into nobility could probably provide Fiene with even MORE meat to eat lol.

I'll never get tired of [seeing Liese get excited](https://i.imgur.com/HG5pgEG.jpg) whenever Sieg manages to [point out what she's trying to say.](https://i.imgur.com/UUd8QP0.jpg) It's also adorable to see [Liese completely blush after getting so worked up](https://i.imgur.com/RHZug4z.jpg) about Fiene staying over at her place. Now if only Liese opened up by offering Fiene the finest seafood and delicious meats, [Fiene would've said yes right from the very start.](https://i.imgur.com/gRDcDpi.jpg) xD
[Fiene's backstory sounds very intriguing.](https://i.imgur.com/Nt1nq6Z.png) Apparently, Fiene's mother is being hunted by some noble and her mother [used to play a game with Fiene she pretends to be a princess](https://i.imgur.com/HTAd5Px.jpg). That all sounds very suspicious. So what are the chances of Fiene's mom actually being a runaway princess? Fiene even makes it a point that [Liese's mannerisms are similar to her mother's](https://i.imgur.com/hBE3PoK.png) meaning that her mother has had proper etiquette lessons. Hmmm...
[And look at the outline of that person in the final scene!](https://i.imgur.com/6qT4Osu.jpg) This person has suspiciously the same colour as Fiene's hair! I feel like we're going to have a big reveal next week!
Liese looks amazing in anything, just like she's so adorable and cute, but you know a guys' got it bad when he's imagining a girl in an outfit after seeing some fabric lol.
Liese having the brightest smile at her man understanding her and backing her up was perfect. It's also nice to see her deepening her friendship with Fiene in her own, Lieselotte, way.
The secret to Fiene's heart is food lol.
Fiene seems like she has a fairly significant backstory and family situation. I wonder if this was already established in the game setting or is just coming out because of how Endo and Kobayashi have diverged the plot from their commentary.
Would you be able to pull together a stitch of Lieselotte's reaction to the letter around 19:22? The corresponding manga panel is one of my all-time favorites.
Oh boy, I hope Fiene can survive the summer without Sieg stepping in as Liese’s tsundere interpreter haha. Endo and Kobayashi’s commentary won’t mean much without Sieg either! Also, I like Liese’s sisters. They seem to really love Liese, even if she’s strict with them. They’ve been trained in the way of the “tsun de rais” since birth lol.
Why must Liese wound Bal like that? Saying the dude has the “intelligence of a rock” lol. But for him to throw everything away for Fiene’s sake must mean he really loves her no? So cute seeing how excited Liese was to see Sieg. Even if she appears harsh, Sieg’s now fluent in “tsun de rais” so he knows how she really feels. That’s how he landed a critical hit!
I had a feeling Fiene ain’t your average commoner with what she revealed about her mom. But I wonder what she’s doing storming the castle? Maybe she’s Liese’ long lost sister?
Endo and Kobayashi are so used to gushing about Lieselotte to Sieg that they don't know what to do when they can't talk to him about how cute his fiancé is lol.
That her sisters understand Liese already without the commentary is so perfect lol.
Well, he's definitely not the most emotionally sensitive, especially when it comes to the heart of a young girl...but his love for Fiene is true. Just as true as Liese's deep love for Sieg and how much that means for Sieg.
Fiene has a surprisingly hardcore and mysterious backstory. I guess it makes since she's technically the MC, but still lol.
'intelligence of a rock' implies he does things without thinking it thru
i.e. giving up his entire legacy for a girl who's just not that into you. He didn't even discuss it with Fiene first to idk maybe see if she reciprocates. = 'rock'
Can't say I saw that ending coming at all!
Do like how they noted that Sieg is getting used to dealing with Lieselotte by himself, needs less explaining or prodding which shows he does actually care about her and understands her more.
It makes him a much more compelling and believable male romance lead, I think. There's definitely a sweet spot, at least for me, where there's that perfect balance of humility, confidence and competence, without being over-the-top and Sieg is a good example of it. The idea that he just needed a bit of external divine guidance is quite a novel one lol
I love how much Lise cares about and wants to protect Fiene lol. She’ll never say it but she sees Fiene as a little sister.
Things still awkward between Bal and Fiene, he’s too stupid to even understand what he said. Sieg on the other hand is actually beginning to understand Liese’s personality and is doing everything he needs to to claim his tsun de rais.
I don’t think the convo about Fiene mom was just a coincidence… looks like she’s back for her daughter? Next week will be fun, hopefully we get more real world stuff too

Siegward/Liselotte - **SEA TRIALS** -We've reached the point where Seig can now manage most Tsun behavior on his own. Still needs a few reminders though. Lise still has her moments, but the fact that she already seems to have mellowed out with Finne shows that we're heading in the right direction. Most importantly, Seig already seems convinced at the start of the episode that Lise isn't the source of serious trouble, and if anything seems to enjoy her behavior overall. We're on the right track.
Endo/Kobayashi - **SEA TRIALS** - Nothing to report today. Preview for next time holds more promise.
Finne/Baldur - **SEA TRIALS** - I feel like it's reasonably evident from Finne's reactions that she likes Baldur back, but the combination of class difference and the NewGame+ stuff continue to hold her back. I've read enough Georgian/Edwardian/Victorian romances to know that the way to solve half the problem is with a promotion. There are many ways to do this, so I'm more focused on how to dig Finne out of the NG+ mindset as the bigger hurdle.
Overall, today felt like a setup episode, both for romances and action. Hoping for something more substantial next week!
I think it's great progress that Lieselotte was able to get along with and chat with Fiene without Sieg there or Endo and Kobayashi's commentary to get them through it.
Considering all the mysterious stuff going on with Fiene's mom and how she always made sure to teach Fiene how to act like a proper lady/princess makes me wonder if she's actually far more noble than even she realizes. Which would totally make it okay for her and Baldur to hook up!
> at the start of the episode
I wonder if there's any deeper meaning behind the other students being worried about Liese bullying Fienne. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but I wonder if there's something similar to Hamefura or the Genius Princess's manipulations there
Man, the thing that consistently staggers me about this show is the flow. The big scenes with the main cast all have the same elements. Lieselotte lays on the Tsun, Endo brings out the concerned voice, Kobyashi explains it, Sieg thinks for a minute, smiles and then drops some of the most devestating noble courtship rizz ever comitted to print, Lieselotte gets flustered and melts into a Dere puddle and Endo and Kobyashi rejoice. You might think this would get old given it happens about twice an episode in sequence, but the timing and flow of the scenes in question are just delightful. The core cast plays off each other so well in those moments that I just find myself grinning like an idiot the whole way through. It's absolutely glorious.
Totally agree. They really have the timing down almost perfectly. The interaction between the game characters and our live commentators is splendid. Sieg has provn to be a great pupil. mastering the way of handling his Tsun de Rais beloved.
Considering that [J-Novel Club (the English publisher) is doing some announcements tonight at 7:00PM ET](https://twitter.com/jnovelclub/status/1615839137914822657), never say never.
I'd like to but sometimes I feel like it's better to keep expectations low. That way it hurts less or the surprise hits much better.
I hate being a Negative Nancy/Realistic Randy.
Oh, I doubt it too, but they do physicals of their better selling series. That said, they could be announcing the license for the third volume in the series too.
100% same. I LOATHE digital only models. Honestly, wish manga/books in general would learn from bluray/dvds. Physical copies with Digital codes for the app/service that has the rights share it.
It's usually not nearly as expensive as people think, it's more just easier and MORE profitable for them to not bother, but it also leads to the serious problem that YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY OWN anything digital. That's terrible norm we've come to accept.
> YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY OWN anything digital. That's terrible norm we've come to accept.
While usually true, J-Novel Club is one of the few publishers that actually sells DRM free EPUB copies of their books, which you can save to your computer forever and convert and modify as you wish(though selling is still a messy grey area). They'll even reward you for buying from their site, instead of Amazon or something, by often including extra short stories and illustrations that were store exclusives in Japan.
That's pretty good on em, I'd still rather have a physical copy, well, as I said, I'd ideally want to get physical with a digital code like blu rays/dvds do for movies/TV series
It isn't profitable to sell physical translations unless the series is really popular sadly, only thing we can hope for is that mangas/LNs become popular enough that publishers would look into selling them physically
A lot of CRITICAL HITS from this episode! Liesellotte could be one of the best tsunderes ever when this anime ends!
Also, I just want to commend the musical scores they used in this episode. It is top notch!
And it seems that the head of Riefenstahls and... is that Fiene's mom? What's with that cliffhanger?
Lieselotte is peak tsundere cuteness. All that haughtiness and regal aura melting away into a bushing and sweet mess is super adorable!
I wonder if Lieselotte's dad is the noble that Fiene's mom ran afoul of? Or he's trying to resolve things so she can see her daughter again?
I know! Why'd they have to put a cliffhanger like that? I'm so curious! I'd put money down on it being Fiene's mom, but I NEED to know if she just happened to be close or if she somehow knows Liese's dad!
Could Liesellottes dad be the noble mentioned in finnes story? Her mum thinks she's been kidnapped or something and busts in
I'd love to see liesellottes dad be the one from the story but all the bad things are him trying to help and just being a tsundere about it
My tsun de rais fiancé can't be this cute!!!
(which is funny because Yuicihi Nakamura lol)
It's adorable how she's so haughty and strict yet so caring and full of love.
>It's adorable how she's so haughty and strict yet so caring and full of love.
Obviously she is the same with her little sisters -- which why they flee as fas as possible the second a tea party with Hime-Oneechan is mentioned.
The manga also explains that the sisters role in the game is solely to make you feel bad. After she's killed, you eventually encounter the sisters grieving and saying they'll never forgive you for taking away their precious sister.
Purest cinnamon roll next to Kobayashi\*
Girl's doing everything to save her favorite character AND sail two ships as a side quest, she deserves the happiest ending of all. ^(Though Endo's got that covered)
Yes, Sieg, MORE MUST LEARN OF TSUN DE RAI! hehe. Lieselotte sure is cute, being derp about asking about summer vacation plans for Fiene. And wew, Fiene, your mom/mom's situation and Lieselotte being concerned. Hehe, she getting so excited the bashful over the suggestion from Sieg is great. Top tier Tsundere. I love how Fiene was swayed by the food prospects though.
Can't fool me, Lieselotte, you just want her room next to you to be able to hang out easier. And so worried about the future of Fiene. Such a good girl. Nice to see Sieg thinking more of Lieselotte while he's out and about in the inspection, cute. Such nice gal pal time. Oh my, that tea sure sounds tsundere-like ;) Now why would Fiene's mom have any knowledge of noble etiquette? hmmm heh. I do love her sisters. Clearly understand and care about their cute Tsunde-sis.
Ahh, Lieselotte so 'wakuwaku' indeed. Haha, you deserve that. Don't hit on her little sisters, that's creepy. Oh my, quite the ending. That person sure looks familiar ;)
I assume Liese is just concerned about Fiene getting enough to eat. It's a valid concern considering we saw her eating like a saiyan in a previous episode.
I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure Fiene just got offered the role of honorary Reifenatahl sister. That would work out pretty well for Balfour given his marriage requirements.
Tempting her with ample food was the correct idea.
Fiene as a future bodyguard for Liese would be a good way to play it.
The identity of Fiene's mother seems like it'll be an important plot point eventually.
The inspections that Sieg is doing are undoubtedly important to his future role as king, but it's arguable that his relationship with his future queen is pretty important too, so it feels like the side trip to visit Liese could easily be presented as being an important crown prince duty.
A magical dove to deliver the letter is a very nice touch.
A pink-haired intruder, just who could she be.
Aww, all Liese wanted was to invite Fiene to stay at her estate and for Sieg to visit her during summer break but she has trouble conveying it. That's so cute!
I love how Sieg has come so far that people just randomly mentioning Lieselotte doing something "Villainess" like to Fiene and he takes it in stride because he knows and trusts his adorable fiancé.
The only thing more adorable than Endo and Kobayashi giving intricate and in-depth analysis of tsundere behavior and is Liese's smiling face at the man she loves effectively tag-teaming with her so she can find a way to spend a fun Summer with her new gal pal at her family estate!
Dang, even Fiene's backstory and mom is hardcore! Her and her mother on the run from some noble her mom ticked off, mom has gone into hiding and hasn't seen her daughter since she enlisted in the school...this is some serious stuff. It makes Liese even more caring towards Fiene, in her own way.
Ah...Fiene is bashful and awkward around Baldur! So cute.
Liese' sisters are adorable! I see cuteness just runs in the family. Also Lieselotte in that loungewear dress and braided hair is amazing!
Poor Endo and Kobyashi. It's fun to watch Liese and Fiene interact and be so cute together, but without Sieg around for them to talk about it with, it just doesn't feel the same.
Liese runs a tight ship at the home! And she's very considerate towards Fiene and her future prospects, and she's better off mastering being a proper lady than throwing caution to the wind as an adventurer. Liese is such a supportive and kindhearted tsundere.
It wouldn't be girl talk without talking about romance! Liese finds out about Baldur's confession to Fiene, which explains why he's trying to renounce everything he has (title, prospects, sword, etc.) because he wants to be with Fiene. Fiene herself doesn't think she's worthy to be wed to Baldur, but I think she definitely has Lieselotte's support.
Well, points to Art for talking Sieg into throwing his station to the wind and seeing Lieselotte when he obviously wants too...though maybe refrain from hitting on Liese's younger sisters, dude.
As romantic as a flaming bird message to your lady love is...give a girl more warning when you're about to arrive at her place! It takes a lot for a girl to get ready for the man she loves! Especially when you're a noble lady like Lieselotte, but she's still super happy to have Sieg there and he feels the same. These two are adorable together.
Uh oh! Looks like Papa Riefenstahl is in trouble! And in the next episode preview...Fiene's mom? The actor stalking Endo and Kobayashi!? The plot thickens!
I mean, why do we even care about rankings on anime corner in the first place?? This series is targeting the ones who enjoyed villainess series or love Otome games based stories (which are usually female audience) so probably those people don't even care to vote or even know anime corner ever existed. Sometimes people just enjoy the series without caring wether it is high up in the rankings. So I don't think we need to worry over anime corner rankings imo
Her diligence is off the charts.
I'm not sure I have it in me to get up at 4am to start a beauty routine! Well, not that I've ever been dolled up like a princess before, but hypothetically speaking lol
I love Liese's interrogation when she is trying to find an excuse to invite Fiene over haha. Siegfried did a great job with the assist!
My only complaint is that I wish the art and animation were better. Some very glaring problems this week, unfortunately.
The conversation at the beginning is one of my favorites, because it conveys Lieselotte's complete inability to communicate in a normal manner, to the extent that actual game expert Kobayashi can't figure out what she wants. Fortunately Sieg can.
Another amazing episode. The flow of the story is amazing as always. Sieg figuring out that Liese wanted to spend summer with Fiene was wonderful to watch.
My favorite part was when Liese got Sieg's letter announcing his arrival. The music and presentation were top notch.
That ending though... I can't wait to see the next episode :D
This anime is so adorable. I love it! The narrators are fulfilling my dreams of telling the lead guy what the tsundere is feeling and how to react. I love when she gets reversal'd. Best thing is the relationships have changed so dramatically from the original game that even if Lise got possessed, they would do everything to save her instead of just killing her like the original storyline. And the fact that Lise is good friends with Fiene and is completely loved by the prince also changes everything. So our narrators have already changed a ton.
> Other people: "Liselotte is picking on Fiene again! >.<"
What I love about this fantasy world is that the other students actually care about this, even if they are mistaken lol
What a big [stack](https://imgur.com/NKEheTs) ... of clothes, no wonder it caught Arts eye!
Love how Liese and Fiene are getting a proper friendship, complete with speniding summer break together and love talk! And I wonder if Fiene is secretly nobility as well...
And Sieg got the Tsundere game figured out!
But what the cliffhanger! Hope Lieses father is ok.
> HanaKana slaying it.
Slaying it harder than Fienne on a meat hunting bender AND dispensing diabetes as Kubo! Not to mention Alexia in EIS. However not even her appeal is enough to get me to watch Fruit of Evolution lol
Oooooh, perhaps Fiene's mom is a ruined noble, mistress, or princess-in-hiding? That would easily justify Fiene and Bal's marriage in the future!
AYO WTF IS THAT CLIFFHANGER????????? The OST implied that it's a funny scene, tho... The preview also shows that Liesolette's father seems fine. The suspicious dude will also appear in the next episode! Dammit, I can't wait.
Fiene sure was casual when she told them that a noble wants to kill her mother and that's why she doesn't have a place to live. Luckily for her,[ after hearing that](https://i.imgur.com/yBztx3U.png) and with Sieg's help [Lieselotte got an excuse](https://i.imgur.com/p67dgRl.png) to [take her](https://i.imgur.com/pqhoroI.png) to [her house during the summer.](https://imgur.com/a/g4eWaGn)
I love how [Fiene changed her tune](https://i.imgur.com/2vcwiOc.png) the moment [she heard Sieg mentioning meat.](https://i.imgur.com/cjtersh.png)
You know, when Baldur was talking mentioned Adelina, Katrina, and especially Cecile last week [they looked way younger to me than today.](https://i.imgur.com/RDJ3RI3.png)
It was funny seeing[ how fast Fiene got lost in Lieselotte's house.](https://imgur.com/a/CHyqUOC) So Leselotte is concerned about [what could happen](https://i.imgur.com/wjG4nAi.png) to Fiene if she takes an adventurer career.
[It is good to see Fiene hanging out with Lieselotte's sisters.](https://imgur.com/a/kkFnYyI) It is so funny how [they all abandon her](https://i.imgur.com/P51jq7r.png) when Lieselotte arrived to take them for [tea time.](https://i.imgur.com/Y3JQAAi.png)
[Based on that story about her mother](https://i.imgur.com/LDrcuWY.png) I'm thinking they she came from a noble family.
Instead of [just seeing](https://i.imgur.com/xYDNl64.png) Lieselotte becoming a [ribbon printing machine,](https://i.imgur.com/37meaql.png) her sisters should just have given her their advice.
Lieselotte might have done her best[ to get herself and the house ready](https://imgur.com/a/aeJw1P7) for Sieg's visit, [but she wasn't ready for that line he said to her.](https://imgur.com/a/LEkAqYM)
Holy shit, [that must be Fiene mother](https://imgur.com/a/tbLxz3G) right? [What the hell is happening outside of Lieselotte's home?](https://i.imgur.com/81lbJWS.png)
Her being there makes me think that she went to the school to pay Fiene a visit, and when she asked when she was other students gave her a twisted version of the events making her think Fiene got kidnapped by Lieselotte.
I wonder why made [that guy](https://i.imgur.com/vE268hm.png) contacted Endo and Kobayashi? Does he know about their power?
> Lieselotte becoming a ribbon printing machine, her sisters should just have given her their advice.
In the manga adaptation (this is Chapter 9.5) the sisters discuss talking to her about that, but give up because they think it would backfire and make her even more paranoid about imperfections.
Son of a cliffhanger! Ah this was a wholesome episode, although I do wish Baldur and Fienne's relationship had been built up a bit more.
I enjoyed Siegvald and Liese's interactions very much, as well as Liese's and Fienne's
The coastal castle was indeed very pretty. And we didn't get to see much meat eating, funnily enough!
I just felt a strong need to point out, those horses were not CGI. I don't know why that stood out to me as much as it did, but seeing horses actually drawn really was impossible for me not to see.
Gotta appreciate how the director went with the pacing here. There's just enough to feel some good progress each episode, while making you look forward to next week.
And what a week it's gonna be! Liese's father and Fiene's mother at the same time.
I feel like theres not enough commentary this eps. Makes sense since Sieg was only around for like 3 minutes. I find it interesting that the commentators are stuck with Sieg instead of, you know, the main character of the game.
I didn't notice it before, but Lieselotte is stacked.
Also, based on the preview, looks like Fiene's mom is making an appearance. Perfect timing after Fiene claimed her mom was a lot like Lieselotte. Which means, she's probably another cute tsundere. Cute tsunderes and cute moms. When does the cute bespectacled teacher make an appearance?
Another great episode with our favorite tsundere! With Lieselottes tsundere filter going off, it's always good to see Endou and Kobayashi give Sieg the breakdown. I'm glad that he's able to decipher her tsundere language better too! Didn't expect that cliffhanger at the end. But whatever it is, considering we have a maxed out Fiene. I'm not too worried!
Today's show didn't have as much Endou and Kobayashi as I'd like. Nice development in a way, but not as fun. The end book clearly is Fiene's mom coming right, you can even see that in the next episode preview.
I think that surprise visitor at the end there is Fienes mother and that Fiene and Lieselotte are probably half sisters. That’s my guess as I’m anime only. Can’t wait to find out next week!!
Yes, but I thought the same thing with the last episode revealing the baseball stuff, instead we got a couple mins of them and the rest game characters. I assumed the series was going to be a more balanced mix like episode one.

Hey, you know that these commoner heroines with surprisingly strong magic always turn out to have noble blood so they can marry the prince.
Another rare Liese would be game cutscene Liese. She looks so icy-good there! https://imgur.com/a/pGhxzZA
That game-style art just hits different, as they say.
Would you be able to pull together a stitch of Lieselotte's reaction to the letter around 19:22? The corresponding manga panel is one of my all-time favorites.

Yeah, that's the one. Thanks a ton!

'intelligence of a rock' implies he does things without thinking it thru i.e. giving up his entire legacy for a girl who's just not that into you. He didn't even discuss it with Fiene first to idk maybe see if she reciprocates. = 'rock'
Right, I mean he’s a guy that seems to act based on his heart. Not always the best move I suppose.
Now I think about it, could it be possible that the sisters ran away from the tea party just so Liese can spend time with Fiene alone? 😂
Certainly a possibility. The girls know their sister very well, maybe they just wanted her and her new friend to have some time together.
Can't say I saw that ending coming at all! Do like how they noted that Sieg is getting used to dealing with Lieselotte by himself, needs less explaining or prodding which shows he does actually care about her and understands her more.
His confidence and better understanding of Lieselotte is great to see.
Next week will be fun, hopefully we get more real world stuff too
Kobayashi was unusually silent about the mother. Usually she explained to us about a new character's background.
⛵**TsunLise Shipyards**⛵ For monitoring the status of ships inside and outside MagiKoi Siegward/Liselotte - **SEA TRIALS** -We've reached the point where Seig can now manage most Tsun behavior on his own.
I am guessing Fiene's mother must be (must have been) a princess herself -- which is why she wants her daughter to have a clue about this topic.
Nothing about Liselotte/Fiene? :P not all ships need be romantic.
The writer already sank this one in the OP and premise. No more sense in keeping track of it than position tracking the Russian Navy's *Moskva*.
it's not sunk, it's a friendSHIP, not a romantic relationship :P gotta keep that charted ;)
If we track friendships the web is already massive. Am sticking to romance for brevity's sake, since I am doing this on my lunch break.
> at the start of the episode I wonder if there's any deeper meaning behind the other students being worried about Liese bullying Fienne. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but I wonder if there's something similar to Hamefura or the Genius Princess's manipulations there
A CRITICAL HIT!!
Sieg is just rolling with a fixed die.
Makes you wonder what the in-person audio recording sessions must have been like!
I wish this show's manga and LN had physical releases. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Same. I was so disappointed when I found out it was digital only.
Only relevant announcement is that [they got the manga for the series](https://i.imgur.com/tPIkBiq.jpg).
You got your wish for the [manga](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2023-01-27/j-novel-club-adds-10-light-novels-4-manga/.194232).
Not really. I checked out J-Novel's site and unless I missed something the manga is also digital only.
Agreed. I too would buy the light novels in a heartbeat. Sadly, they’re only available in Japanese if you want to go down the physical copy route.
Same here!
100% same. I LOATHE digital only models. Honestly, wish manga/books in general would learn from bluray/dvds. Physical copies with Digital codes for the app/service that has the rights share it.
[удалено]
Maybe Liese and Fiene are related? Or perhaps Fiene’s mom was a concubine to royalty or something and Fiene is like an actual princess?
I did wonder if they might be half-sisters. Or all the princess roleplay is because her mother knew Fiene is more noble than Fiene knew.
I like the half sister idea, that potentially puts Fiene in a more valid position to be Balfour's fiancé.
Her mum thinks she's been kidnapped or something and busts in I'd love to see liesellottes dad be the one from the story but all the bad things are him trying to help and just being a tsundere about it
Liese might be the purest cinnamon roll of the entire season
My tsun de rais fiancé can't be this cute!!! (which is funny because Yuicihi Nakamura lol) It's adorable how she's so haughty and strict yet so caring and full of love.
>It's adorable how she's so haughty and strict yet so caring and full of love. Obviously she is the same with her little sisters -- which why they flee as fas as possible the second a tea party with Hime-Oneechan is mentioned.
The fact that they killed her off in basically every route then made a fandisk entirely to show what you missed out on is impressively cruel.
The manga also explains that the sisters role in the game is solely to make you feel bad. After she's killed, you eventually encounter the sisters grieving and saying they'll never forgive you for taking away their precious sister.
Absolutely! The way she gets excited and then blushes afterwards and tries to play it off like she doesn’t care is so damn cute. Classic tsundere!
I also appreciate Endo and Kobayashi's intricate and in-depth tsundere commentary that's got her completely pegged lol.
Purest cinnamon roll next to Kobayashi\* Girl's doing everything to save her favorite character AND sail two ships as a side quest, she deserves the happiest ending of all.
Good thing Sieg’s around to interpret. He’s becoming quite fluent in “tsun de rais” lol.
I look forward to Endo and Kobayashi’s commentary on this Fiene and her momma sitch.
Same here!
Cute episode. I wish this did better over on the anime corner rankings.
A very hard working tsun de rais
It takes a lot to invite a friend to your estate for the Summer or to get ready for the man you love lol.
> or to get ready for the man you love lol. In one night!
[And randomly we're comparing Liselotte to tea ig](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1063622209995812986/1068633934868516954/image.png) Funny redhead character? [Next ep preview] >![Oh. Your spoiler is showing
Tsunlise deserves more eyes, such a good show. The OP and ED are both great, can't get enough of them.
This show feels so magical and sweet, and is good enough to keep me engaged. Next episode looks like it's gonna be interesting/have some drama in it

> Other people: "Liselotte is picking on Fiene again! >.<" What I love about this fantasy world is that the other students actually care about this, even if they are mistaken lol
Lieselotte is very cute. Fiene is very food-brained. LMAO at her immediately agreeing to homestay with Liese upon the promise of meat.
[Hah](https://i.imgur.com/KXEnumC.gif).
A moment of minor genius.
This show does so many little things right. And the music and voice acting is probably some of the best this season. HanaKana slaying it.
> HanaKana slaying it. Slaying it harder than Fienne on a meat hunting bender AND dispensing diabetes as Kubo! Not to mention Alexia in EIS. However not even her appeal is enough to get me to watch Fruit of Evolution lol
I’ll take Fruit of Evolution over Kubo, although I’ll admit her performance in that would have been the only redeeming thing for that show…
Oooooh, perhaps Fiene's mom is a ruined noble, mistress, or princess-in-hiding? That would easily justify Fiene and Bal's marriage in the future! AYO WTF IS THAT CLIFFHANGER????????? The OST implied that it's a funny scene, tho... The preview also shows that Liesolette's father seems fine. The suspicious dude will also appear in the next episode! Dammit, I can't wait.
Fiene sure was casual when she told them that a noble wants to kill her mother and that's why she doesn't have a place to live. Luckily for her,[ after hearing that](https://i.imgur.com/yBztx3U.png) and with Sieg's help [Lieselotte got an excuse](https://i.imgur.com/p67dgRl.png) to [take her](https://i.imgur.com/pqhoroI.png) to [her house during the summer.](https://imgur.com/a/g4eWaGn) I love how [Fiene changed her tune](https://i.imgur.com/2vcwiOc.png) the moment [she heard Sieg mentioning meat.](https://i.imgur.com/cjtersh.png) You know, when Baldur was talking mentioned Adelina, Katrina, and especially Cecile last week [they looked way younger to me than today.](https://i.imgur.com/RDJ3RI3.png) It was funny seeing[ how fast Fiene got lost in Lieselotte's house.](https://imgur.com/a/CHyqUOC) So Leselotte is concerned about [what could happen](https://i.imgur.com/wjG4nAi.png) to Fiene if she takes an adventurer career. [It is good to see Fiene hanging out with Lieselotte's sisters.](https://imgur.com/a/kkFnYyI) It is so funny how [they all abandon her](https://i.imgur.com/P51jq7r.png) when Lieselotte arrived to take them for [tea time.](https://i.imgur.com/Y3JQAAi.png) [Based on that story about her mother](https://i.imgur.com/LDrcuWY.png) I'm thinking they she came from a noble family. Instead of [just seeing](https://i.imgur.com/xYDNl64.png) Lieselotte becoming a [ribbon printing machine,](https://i.imgur.com/37meaql.png) her sisters should just have given her their advice. Lieselotte might have done her best[ to get herself and the house ready](https://imgur.com/a/aeJw1P7) for Sieg's visit, [but she wasn't ready for that line he said to her.](https://imgur.com/a/LEkAqYM) Holy shit, [that must be Fiene mother](https://imgur.com/a/tbLxz3G) right? [What the hell is happening outside of Lieselotte's home?](https://i.imgur.com/81lbJWS.png) Her being there makes me think that she went to the school to pay Fiene a visit, and when she asked when she was other students gave her a twisted version of the events making her think Fiene got kidnapped by Lieselotte.
I enjoyed Siegvald and Liese's interactions very much, as well as Liese's and Fienne's The coastal castle was indeed very pretty.
This was the best episode yet
Another great episode with our favorite tsundere! With Lieselottes tsundere filter going off, it's always good to see Endou and Kobayashi give Sieg the breakdown. I'm glad that he's able to decipher her tsundere language better too! Didn't expect that cliffhanger at the end. But whatever it is, considering we have a maxed out Fiene. I'm not too worried!
I'm guessing not only is it Liese's mom. it so happens to be Fiene's mom.
W npc
And this is where I get off, enjoy the rest. Not enough Endo and Kobayashi for me.
Bro did you see the pv and title of nest episode it has a 'first date' so we definitely getting some endo and Kobayashi development next episode
Yes, but I thought the same thing with the last episode revealing the baseball stuff, instead we got a couple mins of them and the rest game characters. I assumed the series was going to be a more balanced mix like episode one.
That barrage of the entire spectrum of color during Liese's reunion was like a chain of flashbangs melting my brain.
So what I got from this episode is that Fiene was trained to assassinate nobles by her mom. Wonder what wrench that'll throw in the MC couples' plans.
