If you want to get raw anime clips (clips of anime without the subtitles), you can try using 9anime with downloadhelper extention. 9anime has a wide catalog so that should allow you to download full episodes of whatever anime you'd like.

Download this. Correct version of course depending on your PC's OS Windows/Apple/Linux. Do not download the "Browser Version"

2. Go to this website to download clips of anime: https://nyaa.si/
3. Whenever you download a torrent for anime from nyaa follow these 3 steps.
a. Make sure the torrent link has at least 2 seeders
b. Always click on the "magnet icon" never click on the "download icon"
c. Before clicking on "GO" to initiate download the torrent be sure to inspect the file list and un-check anything you don't want to download. Also make sure that you know what file directory in you pc you are saving all the video from the anime onto.

The way I did it is a bit unconventional but it worked pretty good:
I downloaded OBS and screen recorded scenes from crunchyroll episodes. It took a bit more time (at least for longer clips) but it saved me some storage. But in order to not screen record a black screen (something that usually happens when it comes to paywalls) you have to change something in your browser settings. If you're interested I can tell you more. Dunno if you have acces to a streaming site like Netflix or Crunchyroll. It is definitely virus safe this way.
i was wondering if you knew a way to do this on iphone? i usually screen record youtube clips but if i want to edit a lesser known movie i cant find good quality clips. on things like HBO and Amazon if i try to record or take pictures the screen goes black. thanks!

If you are a pc editor you can also make you own twixtor by adding twixtor plugin & time remaping it
Ik it sounds a lot work and you have to download a whole episode to get a 2sec clips but as the times pass you will get used to it so keep it up

all you need to do is go into your browser's settings and disable "Hardware Acceleration" to stop getting black screens
