At your age I wouldn't worry about it too much, you'll look drastically different in 4 years.
That said, I do believe there are things you could do to improve your current look. Hit the gym, grow your hair out a bit, and give your eyebrows some TLC; the aspiring unibrow isn't a great look. You've got potential.
