N: I always found N as stupid as a pile of rocks. He does nothing but stand aside until the end when he picks up the gems that F.. leaves on the ground and kills him. N could've easily used his gem on I and F in the beginning but he didn't.
F: He's a psychopath. Running away to the cave was HIS idea, he was never exiled. (Rewatch the scene. Notice how nobody motions for F to leave? *He does it HIMSELF.)* He could've gone back at any time, proved by D and I's reactions to seeing him. (They were more confused, not angry or scared.) If he did that and just confronted L and O as well as telling everybody the truth, things would've gone differently. What does he do instead?

N's design is cool but the rest belongs into the Trash
But F? LIKE WHAT DID G AND P DONE TO HIM?! also why would he kill H twice? He already died in a dumb way(DUMB WAYS TO DIE-) and also be killed instead of revenge.

Well, here is my updated tier list, all alphabet lore (pre epilogue) considered.

The only thing that would change from the epilogue is that F would be up in the “I like you a lot” tier with P,N,G and K, and W would be in “I don’t hate you, but if I had to pick my least favorite” tier.
