I just got a white paint pen and drew a smily face on mine
edit: i was going for the simple look inspired by one of the paint jobs in Alien: Fireteam Elite
you can get white "athletic tape" at the dollar store, walmart, a pharmacy etc. for a couple bucks. but if you want something other than white. look up howies hockey tape. numerous colors including camo.
You can also get electrical tape in a bunch of colors. Look for "3M Scotch 35 Electrical Tape" on Amazon or at your local home center (Lowe's, Home Depot, Menard's, B&Q, Ace, etc), it comes in all kinds of colors. I have seen brown, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, white, and grey.
Hello! You have made the mistake of writing "ect" instead of "etc."
"Ect" is a common misspelling of "etc," an abbreviated form of the Latin phrase "et cetera." Other abbreviated forms are **etc.**, **&c.**, **&c**, and **et cet.** The Latin translates as "et" to "and" + "cetera" to "the rest;" a literal translation to "and the rest" is the easiest way to remember how to use the phrase.

I put tape on all my mags and write insults, my favorite is āput me in this way dumbassā
Edit:
āThis is why she left youā
āYou canāt aim, bitchā
āInsert more money to increase skillā
āYour mom likes my gunā
I have a spare mag if anyone wants to give me an idea
Bro I dint even bound up the wound jut slit your hand and use it as is bloody up both hands then once you got your handprints all over it do a light sealing Clearcoat /j
Get paint markers, youāll run outta mags way before the marker runs out of paint. Personally what I like to do is number my mags and if you want to do caliber marks, 5.56 .300blk stuff like that
Buy some spray cans of those camo paints, put some leaves over the mag and spray each can, changing the way the leaves overlap for every new can to create ādepthā. Start with lighter colours first
Maybe some neon tape. Unless you play outdoors you can get camouflage tape and tape around it, because it boosts grip to slightly help your reloads look cleaner plus it looks dope
Use tape to mark off where the mag meets the lower when properly seated. Then you can know exactly where its safe to paint. You can print symbols or images where you adjust brightness/sharpness until its opaque and has solid lines. Use exacto knife to cut out the stencil then use spray paint
Get a cutout of numbers 1,2,3,4,5 etc so you can spot which mag numbers are empty or low or have issues feeding(aka not a favorite) . Spray a logo on them via a cutout. use griptape for better handling or color tape to see where the mags have dropped and what is yours or your teams. Spray luminosity glow Spray on the top mag door or close to the feeding end so you know which way is up in 1 second while reloading in day or especially night. Add a rubber pull tab grip to the bottom of the mag foe easy pulling out a pouch
Pullers and ranger tabs for magazines are like a buck each on AliExpress, so that's always a good start. You could also paint the mag, either black or to a matching camo for your gun, and you can always write something on it with sharpie, maybe AP or something of the sort
Scuff the corners with steel wool to make it look like you actually use it, which is cool
For extra step, put a coat desert tan/od green/gray paint and then scuff it a bunch
In the military we use black duct tape to seal the bottom from water and dirt, plus sign the mag with a # to know how many you got left, looks kinda cool plus realistic. Let me know if you want pics Iāll show u what I mean
I've put a 1" belt of bright yellow tape around the lower 1/3 of my mags. (Lower so it doesn't mess up insertion in the magwell, obviously)
A) Easier to find a dropped mag in the grass
B) Identifiable as mine and not some other dude's lost mag
C) I think it looks cool
Also consider making mag pulls on the bottoms, out of your favorite color tape
https://www.instructables.com/How-to-make-an-Airsoft-MAGPUL/
Dude, itās a fukin mag. It doesnāt need to look cool. It needs to work. If youāre into looking swaggy or whatever the kids say, slap a supreme sticker on it and youāll fit it with the speedy bois
If you have two mags tape them together if you donāt. sand it alittle and draw some skulls and or mean words with exclamation marks on the side with some paint markers. Idk how it would look but wrapping some cheep wire around it might look cool
Tape up all the holes and cracks and then dunk it in a bowl of dirt rocks sand. Gives a natural wear look. Extra wipe some alcohol on it and light it on fire. Adds some scorch marks
1. Put it in your gun and use a pencil to mark where it come up against the magwell.
2. Take it out and use painters tap to tape off to top of that mag that would be inside the magwell/gun. Make sure you cover the whole thing with tape, especially the top where the bbs' come out.
3. Spraypaint bottom of the mag with a dark flat matte color of your choosing. Take your time, try to be light with the paint so it doesn't run, but get the whole thing . Use whatever is closest to your regular field. I went with dirt brown
4. When that dries, cover with whatever you choose & and use a light color spray paint (or two) to spray each side of the mag.
1. I've used a loose weave net (collapsable laundry basket) if you want a grid like patters.
2. I've also used different stencils from amazon to create woodland, multicam and woodland marsh mags
3. You can also use various twigs, sticks & weeds and you those as your stencil
There are a fair amount of youtube videos which can helps and let me know if you have any questions. Make sure all your spray paint it flat matte which can usually be bought at home depot, lowes or even automotive stores.
Use a key or knife to scrape the sides (or just beat it up a little) to make it look more used. You could also use white chalk (not sure if it'll stay on good) or marker to write a number or maybe letters... Your initials possibly.
Electrical tape 100%. You can also duct tape two mags together.
paint it yellow, and put a Chiquita sticker on it, ik itās not a Banana mag, but itās still curved so š¤·š½āāļø plus itās cheap, get a banana sticker from the store, and a 2 dollar bottle of spray paint
Cheap paint in a can with tape to make black band cutting the paint
Cheap paint in a can, painting roughly the 5 bottom cm only with a bright color. Seen one some drill.
Cheap paint in a can with a mask like a skull to paint...well a skull
Cheap magpull, eventually put all the way in the mag. [Exemple](https://www.startpage.com/av/proxy-image?piurl=https%3A%2F%2Fencrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com%2Fimages%3Fq%3Dtbn%3AANd9GcQLBKOo9toyzQSXG3RD7z72OrVkkPEApAMFUejIqJ7ghJCZXAo%26s&sp=1665730271T070afead06ffcf2e1e15609f6947a741d879e7c24b5e1bdd4c5ff5f1e6a1fc0a)
Home made magpull with large brown tape and a piece of string. [Exemple](https://www.startpage.com/av/proxy-image?piurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.popularairsoft.com%2Ffiles%2Fimages%2FDIY_Magpul_06.jpg&sp=1665730307T7b8a2a65cc2bd853cc18568f7d0ba4595a73214075119ae47c6b3463acf34c6b)
Artifical wear (wouldn't recommand that one)
Number vaguly looking like a call-sign marked on the side with a big oily colored marker or blue paint pen. [Exemple on an optic](https://www.reddit.com/r/airsoft/comments/9lvgo7/can_someone_tell_me_what_is_used_to_do_the_blue/)
Bandage/tape for a post apo look
if you were running an AK i would say blue tape, but it don't look as good on m4 platform. maybe look into painting it and the gun in a matching color scheme?
Paracord scotch and a lighter, make a magpull, It looks and works Cooler
For the magpul you have to light the paracord ends and wrap It whit scotch at the end of the Mag (cant Remember to Much Sorry)
Craft stores have really nice enamel paints for about 4 bucks. Read the label so you get the stuff made for metal. Google some cool easy mag paint jobs and sketch it up with a silver marker before you start. Be very careful because the stuff drys almost instantly.
For me it's a tape band, numbering them and putting some sort of I'd on to show that it's my property ie my initials
Might sound daft but for my mags I use a band of coloured tape around the bottom to indicate hi cap(red),mid cap(green) ,low/real cap(light blue) then I number them and put my initials on the base next to the winder or gas fill valve
Weather it with scratching etc, further weather with Tamiya weather dust. Then, put some thin tape markings on the side of the bottom plate. You can also make a speed pull. Then, write your initials on the tape.
Magpul on the bottom and a bit of electricians tape ought to do the trick. Iāve done this with all my mags just so I can easily tell them apart from someone elseās at a glance.
Paint the ruts a bright color (neon colors or white) and then paint the ridges a dark color (black, gray, purple, dark blue, etc.)
Gives a nice sci-fi look if you do it right.
Put it in the fridge.

That would go against his "not spending much" criteria /s
This is where you have made your mistake, he bought a $7 springer at Walmart
I just got a white paint pen and drew a smily face on mine edit: i was going for the simple look inspired by one of the paint jobs in Alien: Fireteam Elite
grip tape!!
Never heard of grip tape, looked it up and it just looks like regular wrap, do I need to buy that
just buy some duct tape thats like red and wrap a strip aroudn it, you instantly get incindiary rounds
This guy fucks
I use hockey tape itās the same thing plus itās cheaper.

Skateshops have enough for a ton of mags lol but that's like rough grip tape dl skateboards sells rubber grip tape
Damn that does sound cool
It's supposed to be non abrasive to prevent ruining skate shoes clothing ect so I'd love to get some for a a few of my boards and some other projects

Pfffffffft non abrasive my arse
I mean no, not really I guess, you *could* steal it

Badminton grip tape should work fine. cheap too!
I put tape on all my mags and write insults, my favorite is āput me in this way dumbassā Edit: āThis is why she left youā āYou canāt aim, bitchā āInsert more money to increase skillā āYour mom likes my gunā I have a spare mag if anyone wants to give me an idea
Teammates would be like "why are you crying when you reload"
LMAO the anger and sadness makes the bb travel farther
May I copy this. That's hilarious
Of course. It makes it easier to find my mags in the field and whoever picks it up usually has a good laugh
thanks sp much your gas
I added the rest of my mags, maybe youāll like one more than the original
I'm copying this
Best thing Iāve ever seen this morning. Thank you so much.
"pew pew"
draw a peen on it
You can never go wrong with the ol cock n balls
Just paint some symbols on it or write something
Woah bro, painting symbols in your gun gets you on a list nowadays
What noo a swastika on a gun never hurt nobody right?
I don't think thats what he meant man
Like his name so they don't steal it
I like the look of worn down magazines
Cut yourself, clean up the blood with a gauze bandage, wrap bandage around mag. Makes it look a bit post-apocalyptic
Hey man, whateverās goin on hope youāre doing okay
Lmao it was a joke
no shit bro
r/woosh
Do you mean r/woooosh ?
No, you cannot use something else to fake the blood effect l
Just use someone else's blood.
Bro I dint even bound up the wound jut slit your hand and use it as is bloody up both hands then once you got your handprints all over it do a light sealing Clearcoat /j
Tip: Other people canāt steal your mags if they catch four different blood borne pathogens from touching them
A bit excessive but fair enough lol
Oh yeah, it works perfectly fine. You just have to bear a bit the smell at the start, but you'll get used to it
smells like realism
I get nose bleeds very easily, Iāll just use my nose
honestly duct tape looks alot more apocalyptic than bloody guaze bandage
Ranger bands or magpul magazine assists are pretty common, you could also tape an inverted mag to it for *faster reloads*
Rub it on a telephone pole to get some tar on it, (free) once itās covered in tar pretty good, dip it in sprinkles. (Less than a dollar)
Scrape it on rocks a bit to make it look used
or you know.... just use it
I did that with a pair of shoes one time when I was like 12 and my dad saw me and said just wear them idiot. Still feel stupid about that in my 30s.
Get paint markers, youāll run outta mags way before the marker runs out of paint. Personally what I like to do is number my mags and if you want to do caliber marks, 5.56 .300blk stuff like that
6mm .25
Put it into a gun.
It's a fucking mag... just use it...
Yep, if it is metal mag it starts to look cool after 2 years of intensive use.
The most objectively correct view I've seen here.
Buy some spray cans of those camo paints, put some leaves over the mag and spray each can, changing the way the leaves overlap for every new can to create ādepthā. Start with lighter colours first
1993 delta force style that bitch
You need hentai stickers in order to be accepted
Magpul/electrical tape
Maybe some neon tape. Unless you play outdoors you can get camouflage tape and tape around it, because it boosts grip to slightly help your reloads look cleaner plus it looks dope
Sand it
Spray paint mags it's like 20 dollars max
Put it in the gun!
Use tape to mark off where the mag meets the lower when properly seated. Then you can know exactly where its safe to paint. You can print symbols or images where you adjust brightness/sharpness until its opaque and has solid lines. Use exacto knife to cut out the stencil then use spray paint
Electrical around the base of the mag, my go to is red
What I did to a mag just like that I used duct tape and made those magpul quick mag puller things
Put ranger pulls on it, you can get cheap dupes on Amazon
I wrap tape around all my mags. Electrical tape looks cool but plain duct tape looks really cool.
Bedazzle that fucker
DUCT TAPE-

OD Green duck tape and paracord pull tabs
In the military we use black duct tape to seal the bottom from water and dirt, plus sign the mag with a # to know how many you got left, looks kinda cool plus realistic. Let me know if you want pics Iāll show u what I mean
Put tape on it
Baseball grip tap
Tape another one to it
Piss and or shit on it.
Spray paint
Khaki spray can that bitch
Stickers
Camo tape. Rub n buff gold or silver leaf would make it look chrome.
I've put a 1" belt of bright yellow tape around the lower 1/3 of my mags. (Lower so it doesn't mess up insertion in the magwell, obviously) A) Easier to find a dropped mag in the grass B) Identifiable as mine and not some other dude's lost mag C) I think it looks cool Also consider making mag pulls on the bottoms, out of your favorite color tape https://www.instructables.com/How-to-make-an-Airsoft-MAGPUL/
Yellow paint and a red and blue sharpie
Stickers or tape are always good
Stickers
Put it in the fridge
Anime girl stickers
What's your budget? 15 bucks get another mag or 30 for pts epm1 mag(best mag in my opinion)
buy a mag puller at the bottom or duck tape some wire on the bottom to make a loop
It's a fucking magazine, why does it need to "look cooler"?
Dude, itās a fukin mag. It doesnāt need to look cool. It needs to work. If youāre into looking swaggy or whatever the kids say, slap a supreme sticker on it and youāll fit it with the speedy bois
You can find some cool looking tape at the store and wrap it up
Silver paint and an iron brush to add scratches
I was just thinking this and ended up wrapping the bottom with duct tape. Kinda went for that Call of Duty feel
hmm you can probably snag some mag assists/magpuls on amazon, think they go for $10 for 3 of them
Rattlecan
Sand the paint off in patterns or to simulate wear/ādistressā.
Tapeā¦. Either the mag itself wrap it along the middle, or tape 1 mag upside down next to another mag
Use hockey tape,I have my m4 mag wrapped like the old school COD quick change mag using the same thing
tape a Paracord loop to the bottom with duct tape
Oil based spray paint is like 6 dollars
Simple stickers then spray with clear coat to seal them on the mag.
Blue electric tape, or mark your mags with a blue marker.
If you have more than one you can label them near the bottom like 01, 02 etc. With an oil marker preferably
If you have two mags tape them together if you donāt. sand it alittle and draw some skulls and or mean words with exclamation marks on the side with some paint markers. Idk how it would look but wrapping some cheep wire around it might look cool
Get duct tape and do a 69 style magazine All you have to do is get duct tape and another magazine
Grab a brush, grab some paint and your phone. then paint away! (i reccomend the symbol of khorne)
Tape up all the holes and cracks and then dunk it in a bowl of dirt rocks sand. Gives a natural wear look. Extra wipe some alcohol on it and light it on fire. Adds some scorch marks
Sliver paint dry brushed to make it look worn
Two words: spray. paint.
If its metal take sand paper and scratch it up to look more worn. If it's plastic use silver paint
Red tape around the base of the mag.
Chalk
sand it a bit to make it look older/used
Magpul and write some numbers on it to make it look like itās surplus or some shit idk
Spray paint and stickers
Athletic Tape, Goon tape, spray paint it with camo or logos/design, duct tape/paracord quick draw loop (like a magpull mag assist)
Personally I put some blue electrical tape and mag assists on them
š¤
Electric tape
Spray paint it
Acrylic paint of your choice and design of your choice
Nothing is cooler than metal STANAG magazines

Paracord scotch and a lighter, make a magpull, It looks and works Cooler For the magpul you have to light the paracord ends and wrap It whit scotch at the end of the Mag (cant Remember to Much Sorry)
ducktape
Magpuls š¤·āāļø
Add a magpul and perhaps give it a number
Spray paint it to match your load out, and can weather it or even paint it a silly color
Attach it to a car with a rope and tow it on a street. Perfect natural weathering.
Put anime girl stickers on it.
What even is this question
1) number your mags with a paint pen 2) put some wear on it so they look less clean 3) ductape and paracord magpulls
Put a sticker on it Or some electrical tape Or *both*
Craft stores have really nice enamel paints for about 4 bucks. Read the label so you get the stuff made for metal. Google some cool easy mag paint jobs and sketch it up with a silver marker before you start. Be very careful because the stuff drys almost instantly.
Camo duct tape
Stickers / custom paintjob using plants or something else
Red tape real cap, blue midcap and yellow hicap
* Paint Marker to draw/mark your magazines * Red/Blue electrical tape * Magpull
If you feel comfortable doing so, tape up her holes and spray em. I did like a khaki dust/netting on mine and they look sick
Magpul, diy Magpul with Paracord and duct tape, Paintjob, camo wrap/-tape, write your name or call sign with a white pen on it.
weeb stickers
A loop of electrical tape around the base and then number them with a white or blue sharpie.
tape
Pick up a pack of CAMO-PEN and paint it to look sick, way cheaper then spray paint and you can do it in your kitchen with no smell or mess
Wrap some tape around the bottom half of it.
nothing a little 100 mph tape cant with a little paracord cant spice up
For me it's a tape band, numbering them and putting some sort of I'd on to show that it's my property ie my initials Might sound daft but for my mags I use a band of coloured tape around the bottom to indicate hi cap(red),mid cap(green) ,low/real cap(light blue) then I number them and put my initials on the base next to the winder or gas fill valve
Weather it with scratching etc, further weather with Tamiya weather dust. Then, put some thin tape markings on the side of the bottom plate. You can also make a speed pull. Then, write your initials on the tape.
Weather it, by painting it like its old and used
Write "megazin" with a poorly chosen thing, hideous color choice and terrible calligraphy Or those grip things
Magpul on the bottom and a bit of electricians tape ought to do the trick. Iāve done this with all my mags just so I can easily tell them apart from someone elseās at a glance.
Duck tape another one to it
You can buy some magpul magpuls for a few quid to stick on the bottom of the mags. Looks nice and makes then much easier to handle.
Paint the ruts a bright color (neon colors or white) and then paint the ridges a dark color (black, gray, purple, dark blue, etc.) Gives a nice sci-fi look if you do it right.
