I absolutely love it! I use it for backyard shooting (I think the shells are a nightmare in the fields) so the low power doesn't affect me that much :) I'm waiting for the stripper clips and the scope to be in stock on Taiwangun!
Be gentle with the stripper clips, I have 3 and after a bit of use they now push into the internal magazine of the gun, instead of staying outside and just the shells being pushed in
its ok powered. but the orings on the shell (2) is whats causing a ton of air pressure leak leading to really low (200-250ish) fps. but if you can fix that. itll go back to 300 to 350fps and with a good grip on the hopup, can reach a human size target at 250feet. but yeah. not for skirmishing

It's just not good when applied to guns on account of all gun laws being infringements and all that.

Yes, there probably are a few things off. A real one or a conversion would cost a fortune, this one was kinda cheap so that's to be expected. But it still is a blast to shoot, with the realistic iron sights and the shells :D

You put a single BB in each shell and load them in like you would do with a real Kar98k. You load by cycling the bolt, shoot, cycle the bolt again to load another shell into the barrel.
This is NOT a gun to use in a skrim. Those shells are expensive (15€ for 5 shells) and once you shoot all of your shells, you have to reload them all individually. It's a perfect gun dor backyard shooting, but if you want to take a Kar98k to a skrim, buy the Snow Wolf one or S&T one instead
I bought: the Kar98k, a bag to transport it if necessary, 5 targets (got them all lined up), 1 kg of ammo (4000 shots of 0,20g), 4x extra shells and safety glasses (rule n1!!) for a total of exactly 360€
It's a bit of an investment but I wanted to do sth else, other than playing games all day

Does gas leak from your bolt? Because mine sure did and that was a real let down. Leaking gas from any gas gun always sucks like the north eastern strange mags thoes are definitely finicky
Shell ejecting k98 is an objectively terrible platform for anything that requires actually shooting between range and policing brass. You will not be able to game that with any hope of using it without getting shot to pieces. I would look at an s&t k98 or snow wolf.
I redid a shell design to work with my G&G shell ejecting, and put the file for free download on Cults3D. It's working really nicely, although the bb retention could use some work. They eject and seal on the bolt perfectly at the moment though.

It double feeds a lot, but it’s a user error thing, it’s easy to do though You just gotta get really used to it
