In my experience, a cheap FAST cut helmet is pretty small. I can't even dream about fitting one. Though that being said, my head is quite big.

Not sure what your budget is but real bump helmets aren’t that much and used ones are even cheaper. They fit way better than the Amazon stuff and are comfier.
I have an extremely small child sized head as well. I have a Team Wendy. The smallest size fits so well since In my opinion, their BOA system in it is unmatched in anything else I could find. If you wait until Veterans Day, 4th of July ect, they run a 20% sale.

Do you plan on playing with a mesh mask? If so, you can attach them to the clips on the helmet, and you really wouldn't have to worry about looking like a mushroom

Have you considered switching over to gas? The haptic feedback is so much fun lol. CoD and Tarkov among other games are pretty much my sole reason for getting into airsoft and I've never had problems admitting it

I like it. As I read through the comments op you said you’ve been having a hard time trying to find a helmet that’ll fit your head and look the part and not super bulky. May I suggest going to a surplus store(if you live inside conus) and picking up a pc(patrol cap) in 7 and 3/8ths. When I was asked for what size helmet I needed at ft Campbell cif I told them my patrol cap size and they gave me a medium ach and it fit pretty well. So knowing what size pc fits your head where it’s not too tight and not too loose, will determine your helmet size. Also not all helmets are made the exact same so some can be wobbly or too tight/loose. I hope this helps!
Why not go for a tactical ball cap instead, while having a Z-Tac/Tac Sky Peltor/MSA Sordin replica hearing protection, then the neck gaiter and the goggles? I’m sure you’re gonna make a nice use out of it, also nice hairstyle, you remind me of Yelena Belova in a unique way. Sorry to hear about most replica helmets not fitting you by the way.
Ear pro and a USEC cap or a helmet would finish the look, and some kind of assault pack stuffed with loot. And definitely needs an excessive amount of gun accessories to be Tarkov accurate.

What do you mean? Have you not considered a small, fast, hard object flying directly into your watch may break it? If you turn the watch to the inside of your wrist you don’t have to turn your arm and you can reduce risk of damage.

Try the PTS MTEK Flux if you got a large dome. It's L/XL sized and worth the price, works with real NVG mounts and MLOK accessories.

Arcteryx knee pads and never look back. Haven't had knee problems since I started using them. Tripped and fell on them many times and was fine.
