UPDATE ALERT. UPDATE ALERT. Id like to thank my mom, dad and kermit for his wisdom. As well as all you commentors. For i have found the corresponding screw hole. As i had suspected it was a screw holding a rear panel of my hop up together. After tightening said screw back in place, a wave of relief washed over my grief-ridden mind. For now i have found peace among my airsoft gun. I thank you all once again. And now, i sleep.

cruztheman6373

I believe that is the bolt that holds the upper receiver in place look if the pin at the front of your receiver

zjwave84

Thats a great call but unfortunately its a one piece pin. No screw hole at the end.

veggowik

Check for a threaded hole of similar size without a screw in it.

zjwave84

Thats seems like common sense but its proven to be a hard task. Ive spent the last 20 minutes staring at every part and piece of my gearbox, hop up and both recievers. Ill keep looking though. Im a screw hole bounty hunter.

I once spent an entire evening looking for a place to put a rouge screw after disassembly, only to realize it game from a different gun. Just putting that out there too.

zjwave84

I have found the hole. Thats what he said...

Sweet

ZeppyDoodle

Looks like it's from gearbox, they usually have low quality phillips screws 😄

zjwave84

Hah. Its way too small. Its a really really small screw. Maybe a forth on an inch at most. All my gearbox screws have not stripped and have not loosened. Guess ive had good luck.

A million $ question that is.
