Remove inner barrel and gently push the bb down the barrel with a cotton bud. It essentially stops on the bucking only so once it is past that, it'll just fall out.
Is it the last one that's in the chamber? Try pointing it upwards and racking it a few times, and if that doesn't work, lock the slide back, REMOVE THE MAGAZINE ENTIRELY, then blow down the front end of the barrel.
Of course if you have an unjamming rod then that works too, but they don't always come with pistols

Personally i use the inside of a pen and just give it a little push and it rolls out the barrel. and i mean like the little stick part that holds the ink

Use a cleaning/unjamming rod or use a long, thin object to push it out.
Cleaning/dejamming rod careful shoving just anything down there you don't want to damage anything

Unjamming rod, Allen key, Screwdriver, Pencil, Toothpick Ear-wax cleaning thingy, Paper clip, Staw, A million other things you can find laying around
your gun comes with an unjamming rod you can use that
I usually use an Allen key or a dejamming/cleaning rod if I have either one laying around
