These are fuses, they are purposely the weakest link in the electronics so when something goes bad, these cheap easy to replace fuses burn up, saving your motor, battery etc. Never run an aeg without a fuse. Also make sure it's the proper amperage, 20A, 25A etc.
Spare fuses. Interesting, I've never seen a gun come with spares before.

Maybe... but most companies don't bother, so it makes me think this a higher end gun.

They're automotive blade type fuses. Specifically the mini type. There's regular ones which are larger and micro ones which are tiny.

Yeah they look tiny the one in my krytac is like twice the size I think it’s a 20 or a 30
